Wow, an exact time and everything! Well, I'll have to hold you to it, of course. I will come at exactly 1:30 to see the new chapter.

Of course I'll try to be lenient, I know it takes time to type chapters...

Key word in that sentence being "try".

EDIT: Hey lookie lookie lookie this is my 675th post! Ha ha! Sorry just noticed that. I'm ok. Well no actually I'm insane. Well actually I'm going to stop rambling and go for a walk now. Please ignore this part of the post.

Muppet High Chapter 17:

(Bunsen and Beaker are in the auditorium with their large machine)

Bunsen: Everyone everyone please listen to me! Beaker and I have finnally finished our greatest expierement yet!

Beaker: Mee meep!

Bunsen: That's right Beakie! It's a diploma shooter! It will fire the diploma right to the graduating student! Observe! Now Beaker!

(Beaker flips a switch on the machine and it starts suking in empty chairs in the auditorium, then firing them back out, hittin everyone in the room on the head with one, instantley knocking them out and making the sreen go black...)

Doctor: Well Mrs. the Frog, I'm afraid your son has a case of permanent amnesia, as do the rest of the people who were in the auditorium. They've lost all of their memory of the past two weeks. So, I suggest you take him back to where he was two weeks ago.

Mrs. the Frog: But that's all the way back in the swamp! Oh well, anything for my little Kermit.

Doctor: I also suggest you don't introduce him to any of the friends he had at Grosse High. It could create a lot of confusion for him.

Kermit: Back to the swamp? I thought I was already there. But, it's so weird. They say I forgot the last two weeks of my life, but... I remember... something... a song...

(Shift to Kermit sitting on a log in the swamp playing his banjo...)

Kermit:
Why are there so many songs about rainbows?
And what's on the other side.
Rainbow's are visions, but only illusions.
And rainbow's have nothing to hide!
So we've been told and some choose to believe it,
I know they're wrong wait and see!

Someday we'll find it, The Rainbow Connection,
The lovers the dreamers and me!

(Shift to Piggy facing a sign that reads: Welcome to Bogen County!...)

Piggy:
Who said that every wish would be heard and answered,
When wished on the morning star?
Somebody thought of that and someone believed it.
And look what its done so far!

(Shift to Fozzie facing the El Sleezo Cafe...)

Fozzie:
What's so amazing that keeps us star gazing?
And what do we think we might see?

Someday we'll find it The Rainbow Connection,
The lovers the dreamers and me!

(Shift to Gonzo and Camilla driving in a plumbing truck...)

Gonzo:
All of us under its spell,
We know that it's probably magic.

(Shift to Bunsen and Beaker in their lab...)

Bunsen and Beaker:
Have you been half asleep?
And have you heard voices?

(Shift to Rowlf sitting in front of his piano...)

Rowlf:
I've heard them calling my name!
Is this the sweet sound that calls the young sailors?

(Shift to Dr.Teeth and The Electric Mayhem, and Scooter playing in the church...)

Dr.Teeth:
The voice might be one in the same!

Floyd and Janice:
I've heard it to many times to ignore it.

Scooter, Zoot, and Animal:
It's something that I'm s'posed to be!

(Shift back to Kermit...)

Kermit:
Someday we'll find it, The Rainbow Connection
The lovers, the dreamers, and me!

(Everyone's heads fade in around Kermit...)

Everyone:
La, da, da, da, de, da, da
La da, da, da, de, da, doooooo!

....

This has been a fun "prequel" to The Muppet Movie. Did you plan it this way, or did you just improvise?

I actually thought of it as a prequel to The Muppets Take Manhatten, but I thought after I inroduced Rainbow Connection it would work better as a Muppet Movie prequel!

Hello again guys! I've decided to follow my friend Lisa, and add comentary to my story! But instead of just me, I'll have a special guest, the fan-fic's star (or so he says) The Great Gonzo!

Gonzo: Hiya hiya hiya! The Great Gonzo here ready to add commentary on this great fan-fiction by good friend Ryan here!

And now let's get things started...

Fan-Fic: Muppet High Chapter 1:

(A teen version of Kermit wearing a red baseball cap, and blue t-shirt walks through a set of large glass doors)

Kermit: Well here I am. This is the first time I’ve ever gone to a new school before... let alone in the middle of the year.

comentary: In case you were wondering, this takes place directly after KSY :end comentary

(Kermit walks through a crowded hall)

Kermit: Ok, room 81A. This is my home room. Here goes.

comentary: Don't know where that room number came from, just sort of spontaniously popped up:end comentary

Gonzo: That happens to me alot! :End Gonzo

(Kermit opens the door and is courteously greeted with a paper airplane to the head)

Kermit: Ow!

(Enter: Teen version of Gonzo wearing a forest green sweater vest, complete with pocket protector, and glasses)

Gonzo: There I am, there I am! Hey, why'd you make me so dorky?: End Gonzo

comentary: The other kids needed to think you were uncool, so I put you in dork's clothes.:end comentary

Gonzo: Whoops, sorry kid, hope I didn’t hurt you or anything.

Kermit: No, I’m fine. But why did you throw that airplane at me anyway?

Gonzo: I thought you were the teacher, I’m trying to gain props with the other kids. They kind of think I’m weird...

Kermit: I don’t think your weird, well not yet at least. What’s your name anyway?

Gonzo: I’m Gonzo. Who are you?

Kermit: My name is Kermit the Frog. I just moved here from my home in the swamp.

Gonzo: Good to meet you Kermit come on you can have this extra desk by me.

Kermit: Oh good.

(As they take their seats Sam Eagle walks through the door.)

Sam: Settle down, settle down. Good morning class my name is Professor Sam, I teach Social Studies here at our high school. And the only reason I’m telling you this is because I noticed we have a new student, son would you care to introduce yourself?

Kermit: Um sure I guess. (Walks to front of the classroom) Hello, my name’s Kermit the Frog, and I just moved here from my home in the swamp.
(A teen version of Fozzie wearing a pink polka dotted t-shirt, with a yellow flower on it, and a beanie cap, raises his hand)

Sam: Yes Mr. Bear.

Fozzie: This reminds me of a hilarious joke! Ok a frog walks into a bank and...

comentary: You know, that's actually a pretty funny joke...:end comentary

Sam: We have heard it before Mr. Bear.

(From another desk a teen version of Piggy wearing a blue and gold cheerleading outfit speaks out)

Piggy: Yeah, and it wasn’t any good that time either!

Class: *Laughs*

Sam: That is enough of that! Mr. The Frog, you may take your seat.

Kermit: Okay.

(Sits down.)

Sam: Now, back to class, the French Revolution was... wait a minute! What is this? We don’t need to learn about the French and their revolution! We need to learn about the wonderful revolution that was America!

comentary: I was surprised no one comented on this joke, I thought it was pretty funny:end comentary
