If you don't count Follow That Bird (and I don't know when that was released), the first videos were two videos released by Golden Books Home Video in 1985. These were called "five sesame street stories" (featuring four Super grover stories and "big bird brings spring to sesame street") and...

Do any of you have ideas for Sesame Street videos, and what sketches to include? what would you like to include on such videos? If you work for Sesame Workshop or Sony Wonder, and you are not allowed to take suggestions (although i don't think we would mind, though), then it may be best for...

Does anybody know if the Sony Wonders current contract to release Sesame Street videos, DVDs, and albums has an expiration date, and when the current expiration date is?

yeah, 14 years is a long gap. I know that Elmo In Grouchland wasn't that successful, but how successful was Follow That Bird? Was it just as successful as an average Sesame Street production? Technically, all of the characters were not there. Even counting all characters who were on the...

I think that it's a bit weird that they decided to include the newer muppets logo on the packaging of the very last figure from palisades. Does the packaging acknowledge that the muppets are owned by the muppets holding company (or disney)?

it's not because of the voice. There was a thread about lefty the salesman in which Secret Squirrell where he/ she said that lefty stopped appearing because the shows producers didn't think it would be good for a childrens educational show to have a suspicious-looking stranger. Secret Squirrell...

I think it is a bit weird that chevy chase wasn't an actual guest star on the muppet show. It seems like he was one of the few original Saturday Night Live cast members who actually liked the muppets (which is why the SNL muppets made an appearance in this outline). I have once rented a...

Stan Freeberg for those of you who don't know, Stan freeberg is a comedian who has made many comedy albums and done a lot of cartoon voices. he performed and voiced cecil on Time for Beany (and I believe that he voiced Cecil on the beany And Cecil cartoon) and provided voices for many Warner...

traveling matte The traveling matte is an effect used to make something appear to be in a place that wasn't there when it was filmed. This is used when actors play two roles on-screen at once, or if the backgrounds are animated (and the actors and actresses work in front of a blue or green...

if speaking artists needed on-screen credit, then I wonder why Louise Gold didn't get credited for her episodes in the second season. Ditto with the performers who auditioned on the Zero Mostel and Milton Berle episodes.

here is another one of my awesome Muppet Show outlines, set in the first season. Opening Fozzies Joke: "do you know why the man dated his sister? because his mom told him to take out the trash!" Gong: Gonzo hits the gong and the ceiling falls on him. Introduction kermit...

my favorites My favorite Adam Sandler movies are The Waterboy and the Wedding Singer. However, most of his movies have some really funny moments. I like when he talks about having to pee your pants to be cool in Billy Madison. I like when he is being heckled by a jeering fan(played by Joe...
