Awesome, thanks for the tip! Do you know if you can use a palm sander effectively on floral foam to smooth things out, or will it tear it to pieces?

I haven't yet, but I've long wanted to. I am also somewhat intimidated by them.

I think I'll model the Galactica pistol in styrofoam, then attempt making copies of it using Vacuum-forming. Very excited to give it a shot (but I have some of the puppets to build first!).
