@CoolGuy1013 I highly recommend doing A LOT of research with PETA and you’ll understand why.
It doesn’t exactly help that they’ve even made cover up stories killing animals to get out messages.PETA is a lot like MeToo or ANTIFA: started out with a good cause, but ended up going so far into the extreme that they pretty much make themselves look worse than they really are.
In PETA's case, they get so bent over shape over the tiniest little thing they deem to be animal cruelty - they literally went after Obama for swatting a fly on live TV once.
I didn’t talk to my dad for two years because of his drinking. In his drunken stupor he said a few things about my wife and me. I came back with a few choice words of my own, and that was the last I talked to him for two years. So I get we’ve all gone through phases where our parents get on our nerves, but am I the only one who’s held a grudge against my parents for quite some time?
Cause I gotta be honest, I was kind of that way last year when we were redecorating and selling the house. Like the minute I moved out I just didn’t speak to them or wanted anything to do with them for a good while. As of now all is well after having our space.
Let me tell you alcohol is one of the worst ways to destroy your physical and mental health. It really can make you much more angry and abusive. I don’t blame you for feeling the way you felt with your dad, but at least you made amends in the end.I didn’t talk to my dad for two years because of his drinking. Holding a grudge against him didn’t do me any favors. It also hurt my mom we weren’t talking. I ultimately forgave him and buried the hatchet just before he died. So I don’t have any regret on my conscience.
Having an alcoholic father sucked. Forgiving him was the hardest thing I ever had to do. But I’m so glad I did.
