Thanks to this video, I now know what episode of Sesame Street aired on my birthday in 1998 (Episode 3762).

Now if only someone had a PBS tape from October 2004...

After Microsoft confirmed that Windows 10 would now be their permanent OS, it's now been revealed that there will be a Windows 11, and spoiler alert, it's essentially if 10 tried to look more like Mac.

I'm still using 7 for that very reason! I know it's no longer supported and the only way anything about it can be updated is to upgrade to 8 or 10 . . . but hey, I managed to hold onto XP until 7 rolled around because nobody liked Vista, and if I have to, I'll keep holding onto 7 till the end of time.

From what I understand, it had a lot of bugs and glitches that made its overall operation undesirable, and that is was also rather slow and laggy at times and ate up a lot of RAM, diskspace, and battery life (on laptops, that is). I've also heard that since it was the first Windows OS that was made specificaly for wider monitors like 16:9 or even 16:10 that it couldn't properly adjust to 4:3 screen resolutions like a 1024x768 or 1152x864 (instead stretching the display out rather than pillar boxing it). Apparently, it was also not a very good OS for multimedia like videos and gaming and such.

I learned that plants can grow high, and plants can grow low.

In fact, some grow above the ground, and some grow below.
