But then again, things like that are special occasions... love shouldn't have to be treated as a special occasion.
But eh, forgive me my V-Day Scroogeness.
*Goes back to pestering bookkeepers*
Wish I could help, but the only time I've performed while being sick, I was able to do so within the confines of my own home.
For those of you who weren't aware, both Steve D'Monster Christmas videos on YouTube I did while I was sick... you can't tell with him lip-syncing to "Do They Know...
Getting back to one point, Sid & Marty obviously did marvelous work with their shows back in the day, even though they had a bit more potential than they shot for.
Marty said in an interview that when he and Sid did their shows back in the day, they didn't give a care about the artistic...
Kind of like his "I'm a MAD scientist! MAD, I tell you! MAD!"? Or Buster's "YOU BROKE MY MACKEREL MAAAAAAAAAAAAN!" Or Binky's "I said banana! Banana was MY idea! Without me, there IS no banana!"?
Lol, you like random comedic outbursts, don't you?
You're just now seeing Valentine's Day decorations in the stores? I've been ignoring them since the first of January!

THEN, once...
I was at fye the other day, and even though their prices are almost always jacked up, they had "Sid & Marty Kroffts' Saturday Morning Hits" on sale at it's actual retail price... plus, it was #18 on their Top 20 Best Sellers display.
I think it's mostly because they've tried episodes like that before, but they have received mixed reactions from both kids and parents.
They did two episodes like that during Season 33: one of which tested fairly well, the other failed miserably, and was actually pulled after it's initial...
Being a guy I wouldn't know about that, but I wouldn't think it'd make THAT much noise (based on your description). Unless it was velcro, maybe... I don't know.
Okay, here's what I did that was stupid today... I just made a trivial response to something I don't know anything about...
This isn't something I DID that was stupid, but rather, something that happened that made me feel stupid...
I learned that watercress is a vegetable. All this time, I assumed it was a kind of bread, because I've heard people talking about sandwiches "On watercress"... like saying "On rye" or...
The link doesn't work...
So, I don't know if the article you're sharing is saying that Tony Geiss actually performed the voices of those characters, or if they're using voice as an expression; to "give voice" to something is similar to saying to "give life" to something... for example, Jon...
