More Futurama equals Happy Andy! Most consistently funny and smart show out there. As much as I've liked the dvd movies, I really think the stories work better in 20-minute installments. Next year can't come quickly enough!
I still haven't picked up the Animal poser--not sure how much cash I can swing to pick all of them up. But this is a neat line-up. I would do bad things to get a Pepe poser.
I gotta say, I liked the second issue of the Muppet Show comic book even more than the first. It seemed like the voice of the characters was a little more spot-on, and the Fozzie story seemed like something that could have come right out of an actual Muppet Show episode. Keep up the good work!
Yes! Thank you, Muppet Central, for pointing this out. I couldn't afford one before, but I just ordered mine. Hooray!
:concern::concern:
Now, bring on the deep discount Animal!
Really apt comparison. I think Jenna also counts as a Miss Piggy (in addition to Gonzo), because she's such a diva and always has the need to hog  the spotlight. (Wokka wokka!)
Considering last night's Muppet appearance on the show, it's clear they have appropriate respect for their...
Just finished reading it. You know, overall, I liked it. In some places I thought the writing was a little bit off, but for the most part I really liked how the book stuck to the variety show format while still having a backstage plot. It was funny and sweet, and I think the book has a lot of...
I was totally going to post on this, but forgot. That was great! It's amazing how if the Muppets are anywhere on screen, they can instantly catch the eye!
I read part of this--I'm so spoiler-conscious, because I remember everything. What I read, though, looks promising! I wouldn't mind a little more Pepe, since I love the little guy, but I'll be happy to see the Muppets return to the big screen any which way.
You know, I was just (tonight)...
Mostly just Muppet Show characters, with some tangential references to Sesame Street characters as well.
I've always said that Fozzie is the one I most identify with, but Kermit is the one I most aspire to be. As I get older, though, I tend to identify more with Kermit. So that's something...
Hey all,
Geek Monthly (aka the greatest magazine known to man, woman, or muppet) has an article on page 65 of the current issue entitled "What His Muppet Says About Him." It's a guide to picking a boyfriend based on his choice of favorite Muppet. Very funny.
It's the March 2009 issue...
I love the pictures of you guys with Kermit, but I think my favorite is the one of Kermit signing the wedding certificate. It's just such a funny idea, and the pictures capture it perfectly.
I love seeing weddings with a little goofiness and fun in them!
Adorable. :):):)
Looks like it was a great wedding, and the Best Frog seems to have performed admirably.
My wife and I invited Kermit to our wedding a few years ago. Her parents thought it was a joke when they received an RSVP from the Jim Henson company. Unfortunately Kermit could not...
