I mean the additude and humor and voice are very similar. Both have a similalar look. The bald head. And oddly enough, Tambor played "Oz" in the film

The Muppets... The Future is Cloudy

There are plenty of great songwriters out there that could help out the Muppets. What about Randy Newman or the Sherman brothers??

Favorite Sesame human of all time

I don't think anyone suggested that Maria has been lacking appearance because of age. She is actually the most regular on the show these days.

Who thinks Frank Oz should come back?

Jim Henson DID NOT create the Muppet characters to be only geared towards children. They were for the family. Just as Walt Disney created Disneyland as a place where the whole family could have fun together.

How to get to Sesame Street and other information!

If there is any area of the Muppets world that I specialize in, it would be Sesame Street. I grew up watching and learning from the gang on the street and have even written many articles, reports and essays on the program and its characters. I fancy myself an expert, and as the title of one of...

I am not on a list...sad. Oh well, I am still fairly new here. I just hope I don't fit into the category of hated newcomers such as Pepe, Clifford and Elmo. ;)

    Regarding Sweetums

Hey, I would like to discuss Sweetums' character for a minute. Notice how in just about everything he is in, he first comes off as a scary bad guy, but then in the end it turns out that he is really sweet and helps them in the end. Maybe that is why he is called Sweetums!!

Your Thoughts: The Muppets' Wizard of Oz

"The Muppets did play themselves but only for 2 minutes collectively" I have to disagree with the "only for 2 minutes" statement. All the Muppets DID play themselves. They just happen to be dressed up. When playing a role, you always put a little of yourself into that character. The...

Please don't include it if you have not seen it. If you don't have an oppinion about the subject than how can you say it is the worst? Also, you young people need to stop this Disney bad mouthing because i don't think you really know what you are talking about.
