Yes, but Kermit is still a SS character, and I would think that Disney would allow Kermit to make guest cameos on SS. Many of the same people who work for the JHC still work for SS. So Kermit is owned by Disney, fine, but they can get a little bit of profit if SS hires Kermit for a couple...
Okay, I have a question...what is all of your beef with Disney??!!
Secondly, the Muppets don't think the Oz movie was bad so why would they make jokes about it

Muppets in Wonderland??
So there were some rumors going about involving the Muppets doing their version of Alice in Wonderland. What do you think of that?
you forgot about Camilla. Also, Floyd was not the leader of the Flying Monkeys. He was with the Electric Mayhem in the Poppy Club. Sal and Johnny were the leaders of the Monkeys. Also in the gang were Crazy Harry, Sweetums, Old Tom, Angel Marie, and a few others.
That is very sad considering Kermit got his big start on Sesame Street. I mean, that is basically what launched him and in turn, i feel like Kermit helped launch Sesame Street. I would hope that Kermit will still make frequent appearances. He should be written into some street scenes.
I'm sorry, MWoO, for the rude and inconsiderate nature of some of the people in this board. I am new myself and can't believe how overly sensitive and critical folks have been to each other.
Excellent point. Does anyone know how often the "new Kermit" appears on the Street? I would think that the others miss him being around. They need him for guidance. Remember in CESS when Big Bird seeked him out for advice?
Do you wanna try another one? How about "**** Yankees"

Also, just thought of a point... nothing too wrong with casting Kermit (an "adult") as Peter Pan. After all, who played the role for so many years on Broadway? Mary Martin and Cathy Rigby...BOTH adults. Just backing up an arguement.
Can't we just come to appreciate that they tried and made an effort and move on and see what comes next? I mean, it is okay to be a little disappointed, but don't be ungrateful. If you are true Muppet fans, you would know to do this. Don't be rude.
This was such a great film. It was definitely of the same quality as the classic Muppet films. the characters were in a "real world" setting. I wish Elmo in Grouchland would have looked the same way. Follow That Bird was definitely a classic. I vaguely remember seeing it in the theater when...

Good try. What about Fozzie and Rowlf? Who would they be? I was kinda thinking Fozzie could be Bert Healy cuz he is a song-and-dance comedy kinda bear and he would suit that part well. Gonzo I thought would be a better Rooster with Camilla as Lilly. I thought that the whole rooster/chicken...
