I don't know why but it always bothers me when the sheep take Bert out of the room, lol. Ernie was my favorite as a kid, but now I just feel sorry for Bert and want Ernie to stop being so irresponsible! lol
I love all of their sketches, but let me see...
I love when Ernie things starring at...
Bewitched just suffered from very poor writing and planning. It was a great concept though. They could do a Jeannie movie if they had a tight script. The Brady Bunch films did the right thing, in my opinion, they parodied the show in a good natured and hilariously accurate way.
The thread's supposed to be "What's Kermit's theme?" But the title of the thread sounds like "What's your favorite song of the two?" I think that's the source of the confusion. But it's interesting anyway!
Honestly, I'm not beating on Elmo the character. I am voicing my upset (as we are allowed to do) that the show focuses so much on one character. I've said before I wouldn't mind Elmo if the other characters were given equal time. I've said it, now I'm done here, end of story. :)
Hopefully...
Wow, that's a surprise! Well, it gets support from me for its studio being Italian, hehe. Though, I've always had a fear of claymation, so those characters are freaking me out just a bit...but still it's Bert and Ernie!
It's a shame such a show won't be shown in the U.S. at this time. Sesame...
"No feeling frightened, scared of failing
Don't want to let the whole world down!
We have to brighten
Keep on sailing
Give us a smile and we'll
Turn up your frown!
Stickin' together we can make it!
Nothing can stop us we can't go wrong!
We can be tough, yes, we can take it!
We care a lot and...
I remember the Care Bear fight song, I could sing the rest of the lyrics right now as well, lol.
"Keep your chin up
Don't stop caring!
We've got a job and it's tough to do!
Now is the moment, start preparing!
Stand up and fight for the good and true!"
Well maybe it's not just a trend, cause yeah most of them do pass. But it is something most people like, and anyone who doesn't like it is left in the lurch. Going to the kid's section in the bookstores, nobody's given a choice anymore. You either buy a Sesame Street book with Elmo on the cover...
Thanks, Skye and Ilikemuppets, hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. Oh, you had alfalfa sprouts and liked them? Do tell...
Yeah...it is a nice feeling. "I'm...I'm hooked on a feeling! High on believing!" Hehe
And now I'll further contribute to the feeling by posting yet again!
Cool! Has anyone else ever noticed what a wonderful feeling it is, when you see "The RHLC!" on the MC front page?! With a name other than yours of course, cause that means someone's responded to your post. ;)
Thanks, Skye! It's been a couple of days and it just keeps hanging on and I can only eat bland things, blah.
Well, I haven't really tried them much either, just thought it was appropriate to "hand out alfalfa sprouts and lots of other good things!" Hehe :flirt:
