Top 5 people you'd like to meet in heaven

Yeah it's not really our place to judge who will be there. And personally I don't think it has anything to do with your religion, it's the kind of person you were. But this thread isn't the place to discuss that so anyway, My older relatives George Harrison Richard Hunt Roddy McDowell

Did SNL get good again while we weren't watching?

I honestly never enjoyed the Farrel/O'Teri years, not funny in my opinion. I enjoy SNL a lot more today.

    The RHLC!

It's weird how you think you look worse than you do. I got my glasses adjusted once and afterward I was CONVINCED they looked crooked and wrong. Everyone kept telling me it looked fine, but it bothered me for days. I kept staring in the mirror, it was not good, I was driving myself crazy. But...

    The RHLC!

I was never made fun of for wearing glasses directly, at this point a lot of people wear them so you're less likely to see that. Of course, I do think it's caused some to judge me as "uncool." But that was mainly when I was younger.

    The RHLC!

Right that was my problem, I just couldn't put something near my eye. I can barely use eye liner for the same reason. I would like to try them again sometime, just because I would like to show my face a bit more (not that I'm vain or anything...right?...stop judging me! lol). That is so...

    The RHLC!

I wear titanium glasses right now, they're very lite and you can see more of the face, which is great. I tried contacts for awhile but found them very difficult. I'll probably try again sometime.

The right kind of glasses can definitely add personality. ;)

    Britney's haircut

Entertainers sometimes think doing something radical like shaving their head is a sign of being artistic. I think she looks fine, not that I'm a huge fan.

    Am I the only one?

Oh true, there is a big difference between film and tape. "H.R. PufnStuf, who's your friend when things get rough? H.R. PufnStuf, can't do a little cause you can't do enough!" Lol

    Am I the only one?

Well I think they were over budget because they were probably given such a tight budget to begin with, and they had very ambitious ideas. And the materials they worked with probably look primitive now, but that doesn't mean you could just find them at the corner store.

I Dream of Jeannie's Upcoming Failure

Actually yes, but I was very shocked when Shrek 2 was just as good at the original. Same with Star Trek II, it's just not the norm.

I Dream of Jeannie's Upcoming Failure

Oh yeah, the second one was fun too. I liked the relationship betwene Fred and Barney, they completely understood it.

I Dream of Jeannie's Upcoming Failure

Viva Rock Vegas probably would have been better with John Goodman, since it is John Goodman (though his replacement was fine). But prequel or sequel, second movies tend not to be as good as the original.

I Dream of Jeannie's Upcoming Failure

Oh definitely, the Muppet people were talented too of course. I was just talking about the "celebrity" types who would likely be cast in a Jeanine movie.

I Dream of Jeannie's Upcoming Failure

Janice...that's intriguing...hmm You know, if you want to see genuine talent, watch a guest star on ANY episode of The Muppet Show. You can see it, that's what true talent is. The standards just aren't as high now.
