In the places where it's cold, I heard on TV that if any part of your body is exposed to the cold for more than 30 seconds, you run the risk of frostbite! That's...yeah that's cold!
It's true, you do occasionally need a bit of stress to motivate you. If you're too laid back, your work will suffer. Though, my problem is I give myself TOO much stress. I have to learn to keep it in perspective. :)
Ok, heh, interesting dream last night! Kermit was depressed and bored so he...
From what I heard, they released a single with (I think) "Detroit Rock City" on the A side and "Beth" on the B side. "DRC" wasn't getting much attention so DJs started playing Beth instead, and it was a surprise instant hit.
I don't recall seeing the pencil sketch, so yeah I hope someone posts it too!
Hmm, well dreams are very odd, you don't know where they'll pop up sometimes (or why). Perhaps you are reacting to the stress of school. I know when I'm going through a stressful period, everything suffers, even...
Here's a couple Two-Headed Monster sketches. I don't know about anyone else, but I never liked it when they were treated like just one monster, saying "He" and all. Lol

It is definitely possible for men and women to be friends without developing feelings. Otherwise we couldn't function in the workplace. We aren't attracted to every person we see after all. And even if we do find someone "attractive", that doesn't mean serious feelings have to develop. :)
Sorry, but while the emphasis on romantic love can be incredibly annoying, I do not let it ruin my St. Valentine's Day. I'd like to see it as an opportunity to be nice to anybody.
Btw, here's the History Channel's explanation of the origin of St. Valentine's Day. If it's true, sounds pretty...
"You wanted the best, you got the best, the hottest band in the world...KISS!!!"
Yeah, KISS is my second favorite band (after the Beatles). I agree with Princeton, they had the guts to do something different in their presentation, and their songs are rockin and fun. And no one did...
I know, I know, it's getting to the point where I almost want to avoid TV and movies entirely. It feels like "we" have nothing in common anymore. It becomes very clear that good or bad, this isn't it, this won't make me happy. So I should try to enjoy real life.
But you're right...
On the other hand, entertainment is very important, but it's not the most important thing in life. If nothing else, a dark period should teach us to seek out more crucial things, like family and a productive life etc.
Absolutely, entertainment has taken a downward turn in recent years. There's no morality and even less decent writing (and interestingly, bad writing often leads to the absence of morality!).
I've often tried to figure out what went wrong, things seemed to be going so well for awhile. Or...
Oh yes, I heard about this. Hope relief efforts come quickly, Kathy! And it's OK that you don't want to give too much information about your location, it's very smart. :)
If other people would want to use such a smilie that's fine, but I probably won't. lol
I wouldn't mind Kevin Clash directing a movie, it would be a good opportunity for him, and interesting to see. :)
Yeah, a devil-Elmo would definitely be too much. On the other hand, a pro Elmo smilie would be pretty controversial too at this point! lol
If they did try to use other characters in the movie, that would be a plus. But I doubt it will happen. And I'm just not interested in seeing one character...
