By your understanding of Muppet fandom, I am a very small fan. The only items I own are a Gonzo Pez dispenser, a Dr. Teeth action figure and The Muppet movie on DVD. Still, it's my beoief it doesnt matter how big a fan you are, but how a fan can make you big........
let me rephrase that...
Read the transcripts on toughpigs, Piggy says all the time that she and Kermit are married, and Kermit always denies it. I belive Kermit over Piggy, sincce Piggy lives a life of utter fantasy, while Kermit is a dwn to earth, honest frog. Um, perhaps the whole point of this is to leave the true...
Ok, the theory's at rest then, Frazzle went the way of the Dinosaurs (TV series) on account of by that time Jerry was playing The two-headed monster and Herry.
The new skits are very condescending. Elmo's World follows the same pattern every episode so kids won't get confused. Monster clubhouse is even more formulaic, Journey to Ernie probably has only a handful of different variables every week. And the letter, number and spanish words of the day are...
I hate how modern children's shows tend to talk down to children. I was 5, and as I watched the Sesame Street skits I understood them just fine. As I grew, I was at no time ever confused about format and order, I was more astute of it then my fellow 1st graders in fact, and I was never an at...
I think Sesame Street had a version of "Mahna Mahna" on it that featured 2 girls and the same puppet as Fatcat, only he wore an eyepatch or some other kind of pirate garb, my memory's fuzzy. as for Bip and Mahna, I like to think they're twins seperated at birth.
No I meant everyone who was ever a cast member on Sesame Street had a Sesame Street monster. I wish someone knew who performed Frazzle so I can put this theory to rest.
Herry's still around: he hangs out with Zoe most of the time since they like to play dollies together. He was also on the Elmo's World about music, showing kids that they can make music by humming.
As for Frazzle, well, uh....He seemed like a nice character, but he growled and spit and...
It's a nice skit and all, but next time, leave stairway alone....I got enough stairway defacers to whack already. Speaking of which, I have to buy a new louisville slugger, I used up my last one trying to let the air out of Dolly's tires.
Well I don't care about formatting as much as I care about trying out these cool special features I hear about all the time. I suppose the cereal box TMTM has no special features, but you couldn't get a better bargain for such a great film. TMM has the Frawley Screen Tests, but I'm not sure what...
It may finally happen: I may get a DVD Player, and being the rapidly growing Muppet fan that I am, I want to make my first film purchase a Muppety one. So, let's see: TMTM is in a cereal box, so no worries there, My favorite movie is the original Muppet Movie, but, um, the description online...
What is this obsession with Seymour's trunk? I think he looks just fine, and moreover he's not the only Muppet who has issues with their animalistic look. Robin resembes a frog better than his uncle Kermit, dogs don't usually have oval faces, Pigs don't have blonde hair either long and flowing...
The Yorrick on Sam & Friends was a monster with a squarish purple face that slightly resembled a skull. The Yorrick on the muppet show was simply a talking skull used to reenact that famous scene from Hamlet.
Okay.....let's say the JHC came knocking on your door asked you to substitute for a muppet performer. You could pick any muppet you wanted and put on an impromptu show with him. The trick is not to play any Muppet you want, but the muppet who you can do the best job with. Who is that muppet for...
I remember once I dreamed I was booking a charity event and Kermit and Gonzo were involved. Only, they were playing the prima-donna angle with eachother and requested seperate dressing rooms.
