Oh I agree about the hypocrisy, definitely. I just wouldn't except Oil from them no matter what politics they had. (Though at the moment I'm even less inclined to do business with them).

    Muppophobia?

Lol, well you know, it's not for everyone. But if you can make money doing something you enjoy, then go for it! Avoiding your passion, that would be crazy. ;)

    Muppet Central Forum Dictionary... wiki?

I think I tried signing up but made a mistake writing my information, so it says I'm ineligable to sign up.

I'm just done with Oil, far left government or far right. (And if they were really far left, they wouldn't use Oil, in my opinion heh). We need to work with different types of energy.

    The RHLC!

Rather nice surprise the other day! I was taking a tour at a really gorgeous public garden. Everything was still kind of in the process of blooming because it's been so cold, but luckily there were a few flowers already perking up. My friends and I were walking around, trying to find good...

    Retro Commercials--What's the Attraction?

Lol that Spiderman one, I kept trying to figure out what the heck the message was throughout the whole thing! Don't play with giant dinosaurs? Don't keep animals in cages, even if they terrorize a city? Don't accept a reward for doing a good deed? And it's like...EAT HEALTHY? !...THAT'S ALL? ...

Heh, I wouldn't want to deal with Venezuala anyway. (But yeah politics later). ;)

In Development: Henson's Fraggle Rock Movie

After Miss Finch asks "Can you tell how to get to Sesame Street?" and they cut to the SS set, I think there's a very brief instrumental. I'd have to watch it again.

    Few Muppet Questions

He performed Scooter in Muppets Wizard of Oz (which for me was the only really great thing about the movie, hehe.) He was amazing, very authentic!

    The Screaming Thing

Oh yes, make that two! That thing used to terrify me, lol. I think it was mainly the fast paced music that made me uneasy, I used to feel like that thing was going to come out from behind a corner at night or something (I had an overactive imagination as a child lol).

A new web site for Terry Angus, Angus Puppets

    Retro Commercials--What's the Attraction?

Lol, that's cute. I wish they'd kept that king character instead of the current one, heh.

I absolutely agree, those things need to get lost. :p Though I'll still avoid the gas stations for awhile. It's better than doing nothing. It's also better to avoid driving if you can anyway. :)

If Jim hadn't died in 1990

Just wanted to say I enjoyed Labyrinth from the very beginning. I do speculate though that the reason it wasn't commerically successful was that people weren't sure what the intended audience was. Some people may have thought it was a Fantasy for children and turned away. But then others thought...

    Gas Boycott

I think if it were done on a large enough scale, it could make an impact. That isn't likely to happen unfortunately, not at the moment anyway. People are a little too complacent, or afraid of the repercussions. Which I do understand, and there are emergencies and other circumstances. However...

    Buffalo Wings

I don't get to have them much, but I do enjoy them (with lots of water!). Though to be honest, I pretty much nibble on the skin and leave the rest (I do that with most chicken lol).

If Jim hadn't died in 1990

I think he probably would have tried doing more non-Muppet projects. Some might have been accepted, some not. Either way, I would commend him for that, it's good to take chances and try new things, rather than staying with what's safe. Though of course, I would also hope he would concentrate on...

    The RHLC!

Yay, thanks for the heads up! I really appreciate it being in May since it's my birthday, hehe. Wow, even without words, a Richard character manages to be loud! Lol http://youtube.com/watch?v=UM-bPa9k7eA

Well I just want it done well. Not just a movie for the sake of having one. :)
