I know it's not a fun answer, but I don't think I could make a choice. They were both very important to the world of entertainment.
However, since we obviously spend most of our time talking about Muppets, I think I'll speak for Disney for a moment.
In recent years, Disney has gotten this...
Well I'll mention 10 in no particular order, but I'll probably have to add more later, lol:
1. "Hey Cow, I See You Now" (Yes, I admit it!)
2. Melancoly film of flower following announcement of Mr. Hooper's death
3. Grover's "Over and Under and Through"
4. Original sketch of "What's the...
Wow, I haven't seen that in years! I remember when it premiered, I hadn't watched Sesame Street in awhile. But since it was billed as such an event, I had to see it. My classmates laughed at me a little, but they didn't mind too much. Lol :insatiable:
Notice Forgetful Jones' brief cameos? This...
Well what I think I liked most was the different ways of including his name, especially "Elmo of Sesame Street." Lol
I wouldn't want Elmo to disapear entirely of course, just be one of the gang again so to speak. ;)
Ah, nice! Lol Hopefully it won't get that bad.
I know what you mean about lack of Photoshop (though that looked fine). Microsoft's Paint program just doesn't deliver for me. ;)
I think the Grover merchandise might sell more if he (and other characters for that matter) were featured more. :super:
And again, I'm concerned about the kids who don't follow the trends. I don't like that they're learning that they must follow the popular stuff so early in life.
That's a good point I hadn't thought of. From what I've seen of education, experts want kids to do better and be more ambitious, but they're hesitant to make kids really work for it. I don't mean they should be like drill sargents. Just that kids need to be given more credit. Making things...
Yeah I've heard about all that too, how he'd be dripping wet after each take because the costume was so heavy (it was from a real lion!)
The quote I mentioned earlier about Bert Lahr:
Now that I think about it more, I realize that's basically what Richard was trying to say in the 60 Minutes...
For me I think it's an OCD thing. I have trouble buying any kind of clothes because I get so caught up over whether they're too itchy or too tight or too loose. Of course, I eventually do make a decision. Still, it's no way to enjoy yourself! lol
But it kinda reminds me of Wembley, so I feel...
Well stereotypes are, by definition, based in fact. A lot of women do enjoy shopping for and owning a ton of shoes. I personally do not, and am quite happy with that.
It's not that I don't think shoes are nice. I just have such a hard time trying them on, that it becomes more painful than fun.
Thank you! Lol
Though I'm reminded now of a memorable Janice comment, upon finding out the world's about the end:
Janice: Oh nooooo! There's so much I wanted to do with my life!
Rowlf: Like what?
Janice: Well like frizz my hair and buy lots and lots of shooooes! :flirt:
