I've got an internet speed upgrade.... scratch that... and expensive internet speed upgrade against my will (long story) and I still managed to get that error a couple times. Overall, videos play smoother and I can load and watch a 10 minute thing in less than a half hour... but every so often...
Well, you know the internet...
And she totally ended up with someone at the end in one of the original passes of the script. And she's totally checking the biggest, most muscular one out at the end of the movie. But my main point is, they have a formula and once they try to deviate...
On the completely unfair counterpoint, guess which movie has beautifully rendered in ink drawing movie posters?
Bay's Ninja Turtles.
not quite as unfair as Grandma Boy's getting a wonderful retro 70's Animal House inspired poster, but pretty darn close.
If nothing else, she should have had a small cameo as some background character or historic figure. But that wasn't make or break for me. I enjoyed the movie too much to complain about that.
Like I said, who knows when we're going to actually see Dreamworks do an audio/visual Rocky and...
Eh... Nightmare Before Christmas seems to be it's own brand overall.
But yeah, Disney villains rarely include many of the male villains, but I did see a calendar with an old school version of Peg Leg Pete. Back from when he was a true villain and not just a jerk.
Yeah, there's definitely...
Like I said before either here or somewhere else, I'm kinda annoyed that Disney Heroes (the boy counterbrand) never caught on. They tried it like a decade or so ago, but all it really amounted to was like a couple Aladdin and Hercules toys. Their boy brand is basically just Cars/Planes...
Forgot to watch most of the last batch of episodes, and I caught one I skipped over last night (I went straight to the alternate dimension Television episode). I was very impressed. They referenced Zardoz. But then again, with this kind of television show, and that kind of writing, it...
There's probably a small element to that, but again... us Westerners are confounded by the idea of theatrical versions of television cartoons that are animated and come out when the show's on the air. As opposed to 20-30 years later, live action, in name only, when everyone's kinda forgotten...
This video swears there's going to be new episodes. Somehow, I don't really buy it, but then again, it's been a while since the last episode. Maybe they're in production again?
Other than that, looks like Wander and Pac-Man are also back, and Phineas and Ferb Star Wars looks great. Hope...
In the case of no sequels or remakes, I can agree there. It's not a matter of running out of ideas as it is that those ideas sell. Trends tend to happen because they're usually safe bets. On the subject of something actually new... well, everything's been done. Basic story structure...
I have no idea. Some idiotic superfan comic geek bullcrap, and some stuck up schmuck picking the movie apart and everyone agreeing with it. All I know is, they don't realize how good they had it, compared to every other third superhero movie ever up until that point. The film makers choked...
Nice to know... still disappointed that neither the 2008 or 1977 Yatterman series got full funding on their funding campaigns on Anime Sol... but this is pretty good news. It's such a shame there isn't really any show like that on television anymore. I'm glad we have some shows like Word Girl...
It sounds like a close imitation. Seems like Dreamworks is a little too cautious about having to recast a replacement. Either that, or June wasn't available. It's been confirmed (so far) she's going to be Rocky when the animated short is released. I don't think they're going to have a Rocky and...
But we didn't need two of them, and one of them sure as heck shouldn't have been about what they want to do when they grow up. They take too much time out of the film better left exploring the actual spy subplot that, again, doesn't come in until 3/4th's of the movie. I liked the film, but was...
No, he failed at entertaining you.
Woild Groinnduhzzzzz should be the cussing stock of the internet as far as cartoons go. Cussing as opposed to laughing because it's not even funny in a So Bad it's Good. All those shows mentioned I can at least find something positive about. I mean...
Yeah, but at least with T.U.F.F. Puppy, there's a level of effort in the writing. Butch Hartman shows are loud and frantic with questionable character choices that get a huge love/hate thing going. Danny Phantom is pretty much the highest quality of those series, or at least one you can watch...
Following in the footsteps of "Tales of Stand," an unproduced script has been once again adapted into a comic book. This time, with art by Muppet Comics favorite, Roger Langridge.
The Musical Monsters of Turkey Hollow is due out in October, just before Thanksgiving. Sounds like a nice, solid...
