    50th Anniversary DVD announced

Some trailers dropped, one for the over all set: And these are for the individual discs ("Magical Moments" and "Life on Sesame Street"): I'm genuinely pleased the Jerry Nelson tribute episode made the cut.

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

I'm still waiting for these supposed "new" albums they promised (not the lame compilation ones they've been putting out).

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

That dates back to when they still had the classic clips on SS.org. A couple of years or so after it first came up, they started updating videos in cleaner video/audio. Something seemed to go wrong with whatever they were upgrading from Season 27, because they all looked like that. I have no...

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

We don't really know what that was for. Is it airing on the show? Is it stuff being screened at the "Road Trip" events? Are they web videos? Who knows at this point.

"Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary Celebration" special to air November 9 on HBO and November 17 on PBS

I mean, kinda-sorta. Less episodes, yes. There's no need to scramble and create new characters to fill 130 episodes worth of material, because A. they don't need to work as much and B. they have access the good characters (Ernie, bert, Cookie, Grover, etc.) they couldn't get outside of insert...

"Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary Celebration" special to air November 9 on HBO and November 17 on PBS

Well, it's also just a factor of too many characters/not enough time.

"Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary Celebration" special to air November 9 on HBO and November 17 on PBS

I'm not saying it's unlikely (Nov. 10 is a Sunday this year). I'm just clarifying that there is no official date announced.

Found this group photo (best resolution I could find, sorry): Looks like Patti's going to reprise her great letter X tune.

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

No, panels tout having trailers and such, but they go up online at pretty much the same time they screen it.

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

I would like it if they showed some sort of preview for something, which is simultaneously shared to YT on their official channel like other companies seem to do nowadays.

In honor of the 50th anniversary of the moon landing…

Yeah, it aired in #0524, and presumably other shows.

    Classic Sesame Clips on YouTube

Somebody has made that guide you're referring to based on absolutely nothing; they made up inserts to go in.

    Homebrew season albums

Once again, it's time for another collection of songs from the newest season of Sesame. Not gonna lie, not many of these are great, but I assume they might be of some interest to some folks. This time it's Season 49, which includes tracks from: All songs from the season - street plots, inserts...

    50th Anniversary DVD announced

    A. Unless they put out some classic episodes down the line and the Cracks cartoon happens to be in, I don't see any official release of that any time soon. B. Professor Hastings is boring, so I doubt he'd make the cut.

Defunctland TV is dedicating the entire month of April 2019 to Jim Henson

Someone you'd hear on TV is a professional and was vetted through a process. The guy doing these videos is doing things on his own. And yes, I found him equally dry on other videos I watched.
