I think it's entirely possible that the episodes prior to Season 33 may not have *every* scene of the street plot; just the ones relevant enough. Like the Mr. Hooper one - probably won't have the opening with Forgetful or the "J-Jump" scene, just the ones pertaining to the big moment.

Yes, the episode was pulled from airing. But he's saying it's not unlike every other episode of the show from that era - hasn't been seen since it's original airing or repeat.

Yes, at the end of the day, that is the truth. I will say this: the reason these clips are coming out of the ether is because the Wiki has built up enough goodwill to be trusted with this material. And whatever source its coming from is not making itself known, so there's even more trust...
