If people are like me they'll feel sorry enough for the silly piggies and laugh at the sketch at the same time.

But I know I'm like you then. I would feel sorry for them...but I couldn't help but laugh too.

I'm sure you must be able to fully understand what I mean about feeling sorry for our piggies in a humour appreciating sort of way Caroline. Especially since from what you said earlier in the thread it looks like I slowly came to influence you into that way of thinking yourself.

Lol, I have to say that this thread, and you Marty, have done some very weird and interesting things in influencing the way I see this sketch! Hehe, and I love it! But yeah, I definitely do understand what you mean about feeling sorry for our piggies in that certain way. Not necessarily feeling sorry enough to not giggle at the sketch, but feeling sorry enough for them to think about what they may have been going through (and sorry enough for them to dedicate a whole thread to 'em and bring up feeling sorry for 'em, too)!

I take it you're obviously referring to the leader piggy who gets squashed by the boulders at the very end of the sketch William.
Well according to official sources his voice was supplied by Jerry Nelson. Just a shoe off must be a figure of speech I'm not familiar with. But he is definitely out going. Mr.Nelson did a wonderful job with the inflections from nervous worry to triumphant joy, didn't he?

I know i have not been here in a while but i hope that does not mean that we are not going to do anything anymore with these great little piggies or at least some more .

if we do then next time i will be here a lot life is slowing down to a normal pace now lol really .
