Finally. My work on this planet is through. Time to return to the etherial plane.
This must be hinting that the episode guides are fully tabled, to say the least. But what about images from street scenes for some episodes?

I kind of figured that all of the episodes would have tables by year's end. I guess this was the year that the most work was done on the tables, and COVID-19 likely gave you an opportunity to complete the guides.

Covid literally has nothing to do with those guides. We could be living normal and they’d still get it done.

I think he means that the people with the scripts have likely had more time to make the guides, depending on whether they still had jobs during the shut downs.

Apart from season 17 being fully guided, here's another one from season 22:
However, the only thing he didn't leave in here was the CTW overlay.
