And as for pictures that I especially like... I don't know what it is, but I've always liked this one: http://www.wellige.com/ulli/images/muppets_richardhunt4.jpg.

Though it is hard to choose a specific favorite, I do rully like that one. Oh, and another one I rully liked was in the Of Muppets and Men book of him sitting in a chair, reading, and wearing a hard hat (I believe). That's actually probably my favorite that I've seen.
I was about 7 when I first heard of Richard. I was watching the TMTM credits, because I was curious about who played Scooter, and in the credits, Scooter's name popped up under the name "Richard Hunt."

I saw him for the first time in TGMC (but didn't realize that was him until years later). The first photo I saw of him (and that time I knew who I was looking at) was the one on the MC Tribute page. I remember thinking, "So THAT'S Scooter."

I also like that photo you mentioned, Skye. I think I looked at that photo for the first time and thought, "Hey, now, he's not that bad-looking."

The bad thing is when you have a dream and can't get rid of it, when you rully rully want to.

And Richard didn't go on to perform Elmo constantly because such a "quiet" monster didn't go with the other characters he performed?
Hmmm... Then I guess that might explain, though only a little, why Aristotle didn't stay for long on SS. Aristotle was a quiet blind blue monster Richard performed from around the time Big Bird went to Camp Echo Rock. Not to mention another blueish monster named Richard who was a bit of a curious guy, in the episode where Olivia's Grandmother comes to set up her own vegetable stand on the street.
Just a few observations... And I kinda wonder where Amanda's gotten to, we could sure use her input for the conversations here. Oh well, that thing called "life" must be interferring again.

You know, I think the same thing happened to me recently! That's always odd, what's the point of having dreams if you can't remember them afterward! Hehe

You know, I was just thinking randomly the other day, I think this is my favorite shot of Richard. Probably because it was the first time I ever really saw him when I stumbled on Muppet Central's tribute page. Sort of laid the ground work after that, you know what I mean?

http://www.muppetcentral.com/articles/tributes/hunt/index.shtml

There aren't that many photos of him on the web unfortunately, but does anyone else have a shot they particularly liked?
I love this early one where he's performing Gladys at a pretty ripe age. Another one is in 'of Muppets & men' where he's performing scooter... ok ok there's probely heaps of pics of him perfoming Scooter but this is a kinda close-up, on page... 30-something. I'm acting a lil' vague 'ere but does anyone know what one i'm talking about?

I think I know which one you're talking about; there's one photo taken in front of the Muppet wall in Studio D; in it, Richard's wearing a long-sleeved dark red shirt. It's one of the photos on the Muppet Wiki page dedicated to Richard.

Speaking of photos...guys, this is a dumb question but I'd like to know the answer. How exactly do I link photos to the site or post them on the net? 'Cause I've tried it a few times and it didn't work.

That might be the one with the "indefatigable" caption I mentioned earlier, that was on page 33.

Yeah, I can see an intern being very confused, Meep! Richard seemed the type who liked to shake people up. Hehe

No problem, Kiki!

Yes! Someone finally posted the Forgetful Jones and Kermit "Through the Door" sketch!

http://youtube.com/watch?v=maW9gI5zus0

"Everybody frolic!!!" Lol (Thanks for the laugh, Richard!!)

Why does Kermit keep doing these films with Forgetful anyway? Doesn't he have enough stress on The Muppet Show?

I especially laughed when Forgetful tried climbing over the door and then Kermit knocked him off!

And when Forgetful calls Kermit "Karl." lol

Oh, me too! I was thinking, "He couldn't try going over the door, could he?" He sure proved me wrong! And that scream of his was awesome.

And I laughed really hard when Forgetful called him "Karl," too! I was even wondering if I heard him right, lol. Definitely an awesome clip! I think Forgetful is my absolute favorite of Richard's Sesame Street characters that I've seen so far. With Don Music being a close second.
