Yeah I'll say he's my favorite Sesame character too, especially since I actually remember watching him (sorry Don!). I distinctly remember him holding up a sign that said the word "NO." He kept asking a little girl what the sign said. Of course, she kept saying "NO." And Forgetful would get upset and say "Oh please tell me what this sign says!"

I always thought, if Sesame Street ever ended, they could have Forgetful suddenly show up, having finally remembered how to get to Sesame Street!

Aww, haha, poor Forgetful. That sounds so cute, too! I probably wouldnt find that one, but I should go looking for more Forgetful clips. I'd love to see even more of him.

That is a rully cute idea, heralde! The thought of Forgetful actually remembering something without being reminded a million times right beforehand would probably make everyone faint!

Thanks, Skye! I don't know, it always kind of bothered me that Forgetful was gone but his horse Buster was still around. I mean, did Buster lose him or something? Gee, that's so sad!

Yeah, it is weird. Maybe Buster's there, but Forgetful forgot how to find him! Awww, that's sad, too. It is a good question, though.

Lol, thanks for the clip! I know I tend to drift away from the subject but we just had art last period and I asked my art teacher (who's my fave teacher, and I've known her for 'bout 3 years) if she had ever studied puppetry... WELL! She told me she got a scolership to travel the world and to study puppets! She also menchioned that she went to America to meet some people at henson... hmmm! She was kinda busy at the time but I asked her who she met and she said it was after Jim hesnon died but she met jane Henson and had dinner with her!! :excited: Um, can you believe that?! i couldn't. Sooo, it's a small world after all! Next time I see her i shall ask if she had met any Muppeteers...

That's so cool, Kiki! Definitely not a coincidence.

I met someone in high school once who had worked on Sesame Street (and Star Trek), we were all very impressed.

I remember watching a little bit of 3-2-1 Contact when I was a little kid, but apart from the theme song, my memories are a tad hazy. I have stronger memories of other kids' science shows on PBS: Bill Nye the Science Guy and the Magic School Bus.

Well, we could look at it a different way. Maybe Buster stayed behind on Sesame Street while Forgetful and Clementine went on their honeymoon.

I always thought it was funny that Forgetful had a girlfriend. You have to have a lot of patience to stick around with such an absent minded guy!

"Do you Forgetful Jones take Clementine to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"...uh...I pass!"

"No, Forgetful, you're supposed to say 'I do!'"

"Oh yeah, I forgot!"

Haha! That's great, heralde. And so true! Forgetful's pretty lovable... but that could drive anyone nuts! Clementine's gotta be pretty special.
