No, Quebec only has one official language, French. Although there are some of english speaking towns and bilingual towns in quebec.

Poutine is actually so good! It's french fries (usually home cut and fried, not like store packaged brands), with cheese curds and gravy. I usually don't put much gravy on mine, but everytime that I've had it I've enjoyed it! You can buy it in little frozen packs that you can microwave, but it's just not as good.

New York Fries (A canadian-made company, funny huh?) makes THE BEST Poutine. What about the other canucks? What do you think??

Oooh, I agree with Faylo: So not gross! It's fries with lots of gravy and cheese curds. It's yummy because if you make it right, the cheese gets all melty... Man, I'm hungry now!
