So in other words, English is Quebec's second language instead of it being the other way around?
No, Quebec only has one official language, French. Although there are some of english speaking towns and bilingual towns in quebec.

I told you it's complicated. :stick_out_tongue: Let wikipedia explain, it says exactly what I've been trying to.

I've always wondered are most Canadians funny. I hope to get there and find out one day.

YAY all fellow MCers who are Canadians!
Yaaaaay!! **dances**

It is true that there is such a thing as a 'canadian' sense of humour. But if you ever find mine, please let me know; I've lost it a long time ago and have been looking for it for ages.

If you lost your sense of humor, then how come all of those little Pepperisms you do on a daily basis make me laugh? Methinks someone is too modest, eh?

Got a question for our neighbors to the North:
What does poutine taste like? I know it's a type of cheese curds that's put on fries.(No offense to any of you Cannucks but it sounds gross! ):stick_out_tongue:

(Roping in a sense of humor is a hard thing to do--especially when you don't have a rope!)

Poutine is actually so good! It's french fries (usually home cut and fried, not like store packaged brands), with cheese curds and gravy. I usually don't put much gravy on mine, but everytime that I've had it I've enjoyed it! You can buy it in little frozen packs that you can microwave, but it's just not as good.

New York Fries (A canadian-made company, funny huh?) makes THE BEST Poutine. :zany: What about the other canucks? What do you think??

Oooh, I agree with Faylo: So not gross! It's fries with lots of gravy and cheese curds. It's yummy because if you make it right, the cheese gets all melty... Man, I'm hungry now!

You're telling me! I'm already at the end of my rope when it comes to my sense of humour.

...

SEE?? That was TERRIBLE. I need to get it back, before I turn into Fozzie Bear. :embarrassed: (No offence, Kevin!)

O say can you see,
all the frost on the windshield?
As we pass some caribou,
I may have to yield.

There is snow and more snow,
I'm freezing my nuts off,
As I eat some beaver tails,
Radar was played by Gary Burghoff

And the hockey players
are wearing a lot of layers

As I said "a-bowt", they replied with "eh?"

O say how much weight can this taxi cab carry?

For the land of the maple leaves,
and the home of Jim Carrey!!!
