My mom really wants to see that. We're both pretty partial to Hugh Grant, so I'm sure that we will eventually, if not in the theater then at home - probably on a gals' night alone!AndyWan Kenobi said:

Ooh, that's so aggravating when people ruin a movie like that. Or a play. When I went to see "Godspell" at my high school the people in front of me were SO rude. But "Elf" definitely sounds like a winner. Funny and sweet works for me! I almost always love Christmas movies, though. "The Grinch" was great, and I was worried they might wreck such a wonderful book and animated special. I never liked "Cat in the Hat" nearly as much as "The Grinch," but I'm still looking forward to seeing it, if only for the scenery! When I saw "Jane Eyre, " the woman behind me was not only hard of hearing, and repeatedly asked her husband what was just said, but she kept missing plot points. After the fire, she asked her husband very loud "Is he dead?" Yeah, especially when they're making crude (and not even particularly funny) comments during a PG movie. It was irritating everyone around us, but we all felt like saying something would have made it worse. Still, blocking them out wasn't too difficult because the movie was so entertaining.Don'tLiveonMoon said:
