*Mokey brings a book of Emily Dickenson's greatest works to Nora*
Mokey: From one poet to another, I thought you might enjoy the works of one of the greats. Happy birthday!
*Back up in room 3*
Beth: Wanda, this is MY plush Rowlf, want to be clear on that, Ed gave it to me
Wanda: I just wanted to cuddle with it for a minute
Beth: Oh I'm just teasing you
Red: I personally like the five point star
Abby: It's so pretty
Beth: Yes it is and the tea looks wonderful too. Hopefully I'll be able to write again
Wanda: Yes, sooner rather than later!
Beth: I'm going to bring some cookies down to Ed's room as thank you. I'll bring some to Claudia too. I love this necklace, I'm not sure about that flower though
*the Giant Flower now sits next to Lanford licking it's lips and eyeing Lanford longingly*
Red: Why don't we let Mokey handle the flower
Beth: Sounds good for now

OOC: Ed, do you know how much I would love a REAL giant plush Rowlf? I keep checking Ebay, hopefully I'll find one someday!

*getting done in the kitchen* There. Now to deliver these to Beth for her birthday.

Delivery Grouch: *ring the door bell*

Wonder who that could be? *open the door* Hel.....

Delivery Grouch: I am here to make a delivery for you.

Well, thanks but aren't you a grouch?

Delivery Grouch: Yes but i don't mind.

Did Oscar put you up to this?

Delivery Grouch: No. Now give me that box!

Now hold on there. I don't just give boxes to strangers especially grouches.

Delivery Grouch: I am just not a grouch. I'm a delivery grouch.

I am not giving you this box of cookies. So get lost!

Delivery Grouch: Hold up. That's my line.

Then "SCRAM!"

Delivery Grouch: Well i've never. *squirts some oil on my shirt* Heh heh heh heh heh he he he....*runs off*

Hey! This is my new shirt. Oh I HATE YOU GROUCHES! *shakes my fist at him* Now i have to change into a new shirt. *goes back in to change*

Well... Almost December, still got a week left of classes. Maybe things will get better for the Christmas break... *Receives the cookies from Wanda and thanks her.

*OOC: Hope you find one Beth, there are Kermits and Animals and Fozzies there, I keep checking for the figures I'm missing and count/visualize the ones up for auction from time to time. Haven't gone on a buying binge to fill up those gaps, coulda what with a seller who had a good amount of the ones I need. Oh wel, next time, I can wait.

Night all.

(last night)

Nora: (receiving book) Oh, wow...thanks, Mokey! (curls up in a chair and starts to read)

(next morning)

Storyteller: All right, everyone, time to get moving!
Beige: I've got another meeting with the Cave's Oldest Fraggle, which I'm not looking forward to.
Scooter: I think my uncle's stopping by the theater or something.
Erin: As for me, the usual. Classes and articles.
Nora: And Mrs. Farley's got me setting up for some big author chat tomorrow.

(occupants go their respective ways sometime later)

Bunsen:
Claudia, don't you touch that!

Claudia:
Why? It's just money...

Beaker:
Mee mee meeep!

Bunsen:
You are correct, sir!
Money carries enough bacteria to send you on a one-way ticket to the hospital!

Claudia:
Only if you were to eat it...
(Tries to get her money)

Dr. Van Neuter:
No touchy!
(Slaps her hand)

Claudia:
EEEE!
It's just money, guys!

Bunsen:
You may think so at first, dearie!
But not to worry, here's a little something for you
germaphobes...
(Retreats to his lab)

Dr. Van Neuter:
Oh, oh, I love your nails.
French tips are...awesome.

Claudia:
Yes...very flirty!
(Giggles airheadishly)

Bunsen:
Presenting, the Currency Sanitizer!
Bacteria, viruses, and more are spread by the handling of bills. This is a simple machine that uses heat or a sort of disinfecting agent...could make those bills safe to handle.
(Looks positively bubbly)

Claudia:
No, don't put my money into that thing!
I'm fine with having germs crawl over me...
they're everywhere! What difference would it make?
Oh, now I feel like taking a second shower...

Bunsen:
Exactly!
I have a machine just for that, as well.
It may require that...

Claudia:
(Lightly smacks him and rushes to the restroom)

Bunsen:
I always forget.
Claudia hates it when people tamper with her money.
So greedy...

Dr. Van Neuter:
She's not greedy.
Just doesn't trust people with her green.

Bunsen:
Ah, I understand.

---

Claudia:
(Claudia taps the wall four times)
My precious...
(A safe appears)
BWAHAHAHAHA!
YEEEHAHAHAHAAH!

---

Beaker:
Mee mee mee?

Bunsen:
Odd...

Dr. Van Neuter:
That sounded scary!

Bunsen:
Agreed.
Mmm...anyone want some cornchips?

Beaker:
MEEP!

Dr. Van Neuter:
Wait for me!

Claudia:
(Hides her safe and rushes out to join them)

Kim: Okay, that's the last box of Christmas decorations. I've got to leave for work in 45 minutes, so do you think you can manage most of this without me?
Gillis: Sure, don't worry about it. This room will be a sparkling representation of the holidays when you get back. Ooh, I should write that one down... (hunts for paper and pen)
Boober: (gently unwrapping the ceramic Nativity set) I'll make sure everything goes smoothly and nothing gets broken.
Kim: Fine; just don't go overboard in the supervisor department.
Tosh: (pulling out garland) So when are we going to put the tree up?
Kim: Actually, I've been meaning to talk to you guys about that. How would you feel if we went out and got a real tree this year, instead of putting up the artificial one?
Boober: You mean something we'd have to water every day, and risk getting needles all over the carpet?
Kim: That's why they invented a little thing called the "vacuum cleaner", Boober. So what do you guys think?
Gillis: I think it sounds like a wonderful idea!
Tosh: Will it be like when you and your family went and got the tree for your house?
Kim: Pretty much, except ours will have to be smaller.
Tosh: Yay!
Mimzy: I think it sounds like a fun idea.
Boober: I don't know...it might be a fire hazard.
Kim: We'll take precautions, Boober. Watering the tree daily to keep it moist and making sure the lights are off when we're not around.
Boober: Okay, I guess.
Kim: All righty. We'll go and get it this weekend, after I get off work. Then we can go out for dinner afterwards.

-Kim

Big Bird: (Drops off a box for Nora with a note that says, "These are some of my favorite Mother Goose books. I know you like stories so it's the best I could think of. Happy birthday! Love, Big Bird.")

Bert and Ernie: (Give Nora a reading light to clip to her books for night reading)

Bryan and Cookie: (leave Nora some raspberry tarts. Bryan actually made them and didn't tell Cookie about them, but he says they are from both)

(Along with Nora's gifts is a big pink balloon that says "Happy birthday, from Snuffy")

(For Beth, a box of gingerbread fraggle cookies and the Classic American songbook featuring jazz standards from the 1940's, with a card signed by the whole gang in room 29)

[Claudia, Beaker, and Phil sit with crossed legs in their little wooden chairs. All reading of the book titled "Curing Debt" (by Kevin T.), with skeptical looks visible on their expressions. Claudia sighs drowsily, twirling a strand of dark hair around her finger.]

Claudia:
I knew credit cards were evil.

Beaker:
Mee mee!
(Nods in agreement)

Dr. Van Neuter:
You got it, sister.
The things they hide from us these days.

Bunsen:
(Skips into the room)
My dear friends...
I think I've yet to show you my next greatest invention.
It is perfect for the holidays!

Now, if you'd kindly look my way...

(Notices the trio reading their little books)

Hello?

Claudia:
(Gets out of her chair, taking Bunsen into her arms and sitting back down quietly)
Read this.
It's reaalll good!

Bunsen:
Why are you reading this?
You're too young to be dealing in financial matters, dear.

Claudia:
I am preparing myself.
So I don't make silly mistakes with money.
Besides, I'm going to move out...gonna make a living!
This is a credit card crazy world, Bunnie.
CAN YOU SURVIVE IT?
ARE YOU GAME?

Dr. Van Neuter:
(Pats her lightly on the back)
Calm down, girlfriend.

Claudia:
(Reddens)
Sorry. Sorry.

Bunsen:
Ooo, comfy.
(Snuggles)
