Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

Ally: Hey Emmett, do you want to head down town and 'act as tourists' in afew hours?

Emmett: *Suspiciously.* Act as tourists... What for?

Ally: Well, my cousin Sarah is up from PA... infact she's been up here for almost two months now. You see, she came up here to get a job and only has like, a month left before she heads back home. So, my family and I would like to take her around to buy gifts for her parents and brother and-- people might think we're tourists...

Emmett: Okay. It sounds like a good idea to me. *Thinks for a moment.* Your cousin Sarah? Have I ever met her?

Ally: Umm... actually I think you have. Remember when we went to the lake with my mom and brother and grandma and all them on the 4th of July... well, Sarah was the one with the nose ring. *Smiles for a moment.* Man, she's too funny!

Emmett: Oh, that's Sarah? Yes she is real funny! It's just... why'd she keep saying that one word...

Ally: *Smiles widely.* What word, "duece"?

Emmett: Yeah, that one. What's it mean?

Ally: *Begins laughing out of control.* Never mind Emmett, never mind. *Calms down abit.* So, you still want to go down town with me?

Emmett: Um, sure... yeah.

Ally: How about we leave around 1:00, okay?

Emmett: It's fine with me.

*Red comes over to Beth who's home on lunch sitting at the computer and taps her on the shoulder*
Beth: Yeah?
Red: What are you doing to me???
Beth: What do you mean?
Red: It was bad enough that I ran away from the rock, married Gobo and watched my best friend lose a child
Beth: Oh, you mean the story...well, I'm sorry, all I can tell you is that it will get better and it is just a story
*Rowlf joins the conversation*
Rowlf: Yeah Red, I was flattered when Beth wrote a story about me and she put me through alot too
Red: I suppose that's true. Fine, keep writing, but it better get better!
Beth: It will, I promise.

Bry: Okay, Prairie. I put your piano back in your room.
Prairie: Thank you very much.
Bry: You're welcome. Hey, how about we all go out to lunch before Kathy gets back?
Rosita: Everybody Eats?
Bry: That's right!
Prairie: Ooooh! I like that place!
Snuffy: Everybody does! Dohohoho!
Big Bird: Hahaha! Oh, Snuffy!
Bry: Hey, Telly, did you ever go see Fuzzhead?
Telly: Not yet. Would you go with me?
Bry: After we eat lunch. Let's go, guys!
(all go out to lunch)

(coming back from Everybody Eats)

Rosita: Mmm great lunch!
Big Bird: It sure was.
Snuffy: They make the best steamed cabbage.
Prairie: Thanks for lunch, but I should probably be getting back to my own room now. I appreciate you letting me stay here. (giving us all hugs)
Bry: No problem at all.
Rosita: You're welcome here anytime.
Prairie: Gracias, Rosita.
Rosita: De nada.
Prairie: See you all later! Bye! (skips off to her own room)
Bry: So, Telly, you ready to go down and see Fuzzhead now?
Telly: Sure.
Bry: Okay. We'll be back. (Takes Telly by the hand and goes downstairs and knocks on room 9's door) FUzzhead? Jen? You guys home? Hey, I brought someone who'd like to meet you. This is Telly.
Telly: Hi. (nervously) Umm...how do you do? Welcome to MC Dorms. I'd like to give you this. (pulls out 2 small triangles and hands them to Jen and Fuzzhead) This is my favorite shape in the whole world. Anyway...uuh...I hope we can be friends. See ya later.
Bry: Well, bye, guys. Hope you're having a good day. (Takes Telly back to our room) See that wasn't so bad, was it?
Telly: What was that strange looking creature in the corner??
Bry: Haha!!

*Prairie closes her eyes & I put a pair of Minnie Mouse ears on her head,*

Prairie:Well...there's 2 new dormmates named Fuzzhead & Jen.They're really nice.At first Telly was too shy to meet them,but we told him it'd be okay.So he did fine.
Sounds good. I'm going to go thank Bryan.See you in a few. *starting to walk out the door*
Prairie:Um,Kath? You OK?You're limping a bit.
Yeah...I'll be all right.I just have a blister on the inside of my toe,plus I banged it on the inside of the bathroom door.
Prairie:Oh Kath! You poor thing! Why don't you just call Bryan & thank him?
Nah...I'll live.

*Looks at the triangle Telly gave him*
Fuzzhead: It was really nice of Telly to give us these.
Jen: Yes, he was a very nice monster. I wonder why he didn't want to come visit before.
Fuzzhead: Some people are very shy, Jen. I'm really shy when I meet new people.
Jen: I guess everyone is sometime, even me. I think I'll keep my triangle here in the drawer with my extra pipe.
Fuzzhead: I think I'll keep mine on the book case. Hey, did you notice the way Telly was looking at Fizzgig?
Jen: Yes, I think he was a little frightened. But he doesn't have to be.
Fuzzhead: Nope. We're all friendly here. Speaking of which, I hope we get to meet the people in room #8 one of these days.
Jen: I saw a small furry creature coming out of the room a while ago. He looked very nice.
Fuzzhead: Do you want to go into town for some ice cream?
Jen: Sure.

Glad that Kath's back. Though I wonder... How do Minnie ears differ from Mickey ears? Is it just that these have Minnie's image in the front center caplike portion?
Oh well... Glad to have another friend back home.

There's a red & white bow in between the ears on top.Just like Minnie has. It feels pretty good to be home.Unfortunately it rained today.So I'm hoping that my sister in law & her family that came down didn't get rained on.
