What? ! ? *Finds photos plastered. *Stares at Spammy, sadly. *Forces the thought to the back of his mind and starts taking down the wall trappings.
Doesn't have the heart to... *Leaves it all at Ailie's room, let her decide how to handle this.

*Slinks back to Room #1, lies down in bed and shudders at being sick. *Gets up and leaves the dorms, anxious for other errands to put this behind. *Goes down to Fran's Flowers and then over to some of the shops at the local mall to find a birthday gift for Prairie.

UD: Thank you miss Pearl. But it's not that kind of sick. He left a while ago for the shops in town. If we can be of assistance to you or your friends, please let us know. *Bows artfully a little.
Confidentially, I think he might want to find some way of repaying your chief roomie for all the help she's provided him this spring and summer.

Beth: Hey Red, lookie here, Ed left us some muffins.

Red: Muffins? Yum!

Beth: Hard to believe the summer has flown by so fast already. It's August now. Before we know it, it will be a new term here.

Red: I guess you're right

Beth: I'm going to try and hang out with you more, ok?

Red: Ok!

Kelly (watching tv on the sofa): Achoo!

Pearl: Achoo!

Cotterpin: What is WRONG with you guys?

Pearl (sniffles): Oh, hon, we don't know. Must be allergies, I reckon.

Kelly (nods): This stinks. Ryan was all like, "Write an article or I'll keelhaul you!" I'm like, "Pfffbt, as if. I'm off today."

Cotterpin (rolls eyes): Be honest. You can't think of anything to write.

Kelly (shrugs): I've been busy making you and Waldo go all ga-ga over each other.

Pearl (winks at Cotterpin): Aw, sugah, when's the weddin'?

Cotterpin (growls): I'M SINGLE! MY CAREER IS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME THAN ANYTHING?

Kelly and Pearl: >_> <_<

Kelly: Don't you come here?

Cotterpin: Yeah ...

Pearl: And there's really no reason to, seein' how you have jobs ta do down in Doozer Dome and thereabouts, right?

Cotterpin (scoffs): I see where this is headed. I'm going to go to work. *drives off*

Pearl: She's totally into him.

Kelly (laughs, nodding): Totally.

Kelly (walks around plastering her own pictures of Pearl kissing Chamberlain)

Pearl (watches, laughs): Let's see mah lil' sugah muffin talk his way outta this one.

Kelly (dressed in a light blue dress and small white angle wings and a blue shoulder-length wig, carrying a big axe around)

Hoggle (spots her): Who're YOU s'posed ta be?

Kelly (curtsies briefly, smiling): Lady Subaru. I've been on a .hack//SIGN marathon lately.

Hoggle: Why?

Kelly (shrugs): It was to help get inspiration for Cotterpin rescuing Waldo from a decaying cyberspace.

Hoggle: Oh. (has no idea what she's talking about)

*Doesn't know that franchise so well... *Returns to the dorms in his underworld robes. Locked? Well, it's a good thing I carry a set of skeleton keys with me. I'll toss Pain and Panic into boiling Flegethon later. *Red hair sizzles a little before cooling down.

Kelly (ditches Lady Subaru costume and dresses as Maleficient): Well, I got to the last ep anyway.

Hoggle: Uh ...

Kelly (waves at Hoggle dismissively): Go. And do not fail me.

Hmm... Maleficent or Esmeralda. Well ladies, looks like your tied. That can only mean... Sudden death, my favorite part of the game. *Gets a Faustean contract ready to consign the winner's soul to his ownership.
