The "Change My Mind" guy used to be the voice of Brain on ARTHUR (specifically, the one who gave Brain an unusually high-pitched voice for a couple of seasons).

The guy behind that "Change My Mind" meme. Steven Crowder, he's a Canadian rightwing political comedian who has a YouTube channel called LOUDER WITH CROWDER; there's a series of videos on his channel where he has "Change My Mind" meetings out in public, and that's where the meme originated.
