In Development: Henson's Fraggle Rock Movie

Fraggle Rock was a show to promote peace in our world, and if I'm correct, the movie would have the same values as the TV show. I don't see how the gang going into space would solve this issue!

I am awaiting news shortly. I really hope this is not another project that everyone gets super excited about and it goes no where.

I'm not sure how quickly we're gonna get news, they announced the project about six weeks ago, and I don't know how long it takes to make a screenplay..

I'm sure we'll get some sort of updates soon. Not tomorrow or next week, but soon. I have faith in this project. This is the perfect time for a film featuring the Fraggles and you know that Jim Henson and Jerry Juhl would agree. What a lovely tribute to their spirits as well. My hope is that we get some great songs for this movie. Songs like the ones they did on the series. None of this modern pop stuff. As long as it stays true to who the Fraggles are.
