You know I seriously hate giving people gift cards for birthdays and holidays because it makes it looks like I didn't put any thought into giving a gift. But if I got Beth an article of clothing that didn't fit or a book she didn't like,both of us would be embarrassed.

Yep. So she should enjoy this $50 gift card to Hensonville Mall.bringing it over to Apt. 3 with a birthday card signed by all of us

*Kicks back listening to Muppet Christmas music now playing 24/7 on MCR. Now the holidays are rully here.
and Uncle D sip happily at their cups of hot chocolate, that's one of the very few goodies I can make.

Remind me to buy some candy canes and/or peppermint candies at Penny Candyman's when we go out to the HV Mall for another viewing of The Muppets okay guys?

Robin had told me earlier this morning that he didn't feel well. His stomach was bothering him.So first I asked him if he had any tests in school. He told me no. So I told him even though he didn't have a fever he could stay home.
knock on my door
Who is it?
Robin's voice :It's me. Can I come in?
Come on in.
Robin comes in and sits his little froggie butt on my bed
How's your tummy? Want some Coke & toast?
Robin: No thanks. Mom...if I tell you something.....you promise not to get mad?
Uh-oh...I hate conversations that start like this.I'll try not to get mad.Go ahead.
Robin: My stomach doesn't really hurt.
Ohhhh Robin!!
Robin :But please let me stay home anyway? tears fill his eyes You just looked so sad this weekend. I felt bad goin' to school this morning even though Chef an' the others were gonna be around. My mind was gonna be on you all day.
Robin.... I don't like that you lied to me about being sick. But I DO like that you told me the truth 2 hours after school started. If I was a mean mom, I'd say to go get dressed and I'd write you a lateness note. But I'm NOT a mean mom. I'm letting it slide just this once,all right?

hugging him back Awww..I love you too. Sweetie, I'll be grieving for my Aunt Kathy for a LONG time. That song on Saturday just caught me off guard.I mean...you've seen me just sit in awe listening to "Silent Night" by Mannheim Steamroller and not cry. This year because of both Aunt Kathy dying and my friend Colleen dying, it's been a tough year.So I guess knowing those two won't be here for Christmas ,"Silent Night" made me cry.
Robin: Maybe next year will be better.

brings out a hooktree-like candelabra construct, setting it in place upon the mantled shelf above the tombstone TV in Apt 1's living room quarters.
Uncle D digs out the string of lights, draping them around in a few loops, adjusting the snugness, then plugging the lights into the socket next to the television down below.
Ed brings out the box of charm decorations, checking that they're all there, ready to hang them in turn as the days of December count down to the Christmas night.

Okay boys... We got 'em all. I'll leave the box here and we can pick out our faves to hang on the lighted branches.

Oh my..oh she's ADORABLE!! Look...you have to go to Sweden and see her and the rest of your family!

I thought of something.But first of all it might be too fragile for AirMail unless we bubble wrap it real tight. Second of all if your family usn't TOO religious,they might get angry.
