Yay for an update! I love so much what you have done with this story, lots of heart and still lots of humor! I loved Piggy's thoughts about the stars. And Robin was so cute. And everyone saying goodnight at the end reminded me of the Waltons (Good night Jim Bob, good night John Boy) - but very funny. More please!

First, let me clarify that this random bump is NOT a nagging post. Because I know, dear Prawnie, that you are very very busy and stressed and so on, much like I am, so I can hardly expect frequent updates... and even if I could, I've got no room to talk.

No, no. This has nothing to do with nagging. This is more of a thank-you. Because, you see, I have this assignment for Creative Writing that requires me to write a story using other people's writing. (Yeah... the assignment tells us flat out to plagiarize. Ain't that great?) And I was ALMOST as frustrated with said assignment as I am when the professor doesn't let us use punctuation (TORTURE!) until this story's incredibly entertaining narrator popped into my head. And since I couldn't sleep last night, I got up at about six in the morning to start re-reading and mining this story, which was very enjoyable on all counts.

So thank you, Prawnie. Between this, some Fraggle Rock, and maybe a dash of Dickens, I should be able to mix up something that will NOT get the lack-luster response my LAST piece got in this class... <grumbles something about being called "dull">

hey mr theprawncracker:

I know that The Muppet Mindset must be really important right now
AND also I have been reading this story for YEARS, and I don't care if it never ends! Not to say that I wouldn't be sad to see that more of it never showed up...

Will you please write more--it's the Movie/Special-to-be that has me wetting my pants every time!:wink:

bingboing (LOVE that screenname!) - I can't tell you how much this post means to me! Thank you so much. Yes... The Muppet Mindset does take up a lot of my time, but I really have neglected this story (and my writing in general). My New Year's resolution is officially to continue this story--and I will sincerely try to post another chapter before the New Year!

Wow! I can't tell you how much this post means to me! First of all, thanks so much for complimenting my screenname--it took me months to decide (i'm bad at that- often I can't decide which foot to put first when I'm going up the stairs:coy:).

Also, it's so hard to believe I'm replying to you! You wrote the story I couldn't stop! It's like Pringles.

And third of all, thanks so much for writing more to this story! A new chapter! I must agree with everyone who has posted here--the parentheses make me out of breath, and the story is so exciting (medieval times rock)! Yesss!
Thank you:smile::big_grin:!

Bingboing, I was the same way you were when I first joined. I was extatic to be talkign to THEprawncracker himself. I had been on this forum for a while as just a guest reading his stories but then I fianlly go to talk my favorite writer. I considered myself as his biggest fan. Well, now ryan and I have regular conversations on facebook but I still get pretty excited speaking to somebody as famous as THEprawncracker.

Heehee, yeah, Bananasketch, I'm really new to this, and I get star struck easily. I'm fans of all you guys, and now they quote me and reply to the threads I start. It's just one big happy family here, and I'm glad to be a part of it. It feels like being part of the Muppets.

...i may not get to post 11 icons in one single message, but you learn something new everyday, don't you?

I don't even remember how I came up with my screen name... I think Gonzo was taken... and Gonzolo... so I just went with Pepe. Somehow it stuck!

Also, it's so hard to believe I'm replying to you! You wrote the story I couldn't stop! It's like Pringles.

You're making me blush! There's no reason you should be intimidated or shocked to talk to me. I'm no celebrity! I'm just a humble Muppet fan like you. I love, love, love hearing from fans like you and bananasketch and anyone! It means the world to me--really! So thank YOU for responding to me and even bumping this fan-fic in the first place!

I like the screenname you picked! Also, I considered naming one of my kids Gonzolo once, when I finally have them...

And hearing from everybody here is such a JOY! I love conversing with other Muppet fans and hearing back from them! So glad I get to talk to the people I once only listened in on and quickly become a friend. Didn't know it would be so easy to break into this place, but you are all so friendly...I think everybody's learned from the muppets here...
