    Songs You Can't Stand

The last time you mentioned that, I was half-expecting to see Mushmouth singing that song in your dA gallery. :P

Where's the love for Rocky and Bullwinkle?

Gidney and Cloyd? Yeah, thy're not in all of those Jet Fuel episodes, but they are a big part of the plot... and you mention difference in designs, they had some major changes as well, they were originally brown instead of green, and they didn't look quite as cute as they ended up looking.

    Songs You Can't Stand

Yeah, we have similar threads for songs we're listening to right now, we can't get out of our heads, etc... but are there any songs out there you just absolutely cannot stand whenever you hear it on the radio, or in a public place, at played at a party, etc? For me, I have a list of top three...

Question about Jim Henson's Performer Credits on SST

As far as the Disney thing goes, it's similar to what you've seen with JHC, it's mostly like "Walt Disney Pictures'".

The Nostalgia Critic Thread Lives Again!

Well, I don't know, 2006 was an awfully terrible year IMO, so... myabe it's a conspiracy!

    The Chipmunks

I've seen the Cartoon Network ones at the movies maybe a couple of years ago, out of the ones on display, the ones that stood out to me were Ed and Chicken. But yeah, lke here's Jeanette and Eleanor for example...

The Nostalgia Critic Thread Lives Again!

No I mean seriously, my computer's like six years old, operating on 512MB of RAM, my 29GB diskspace capacity is down to like a measly 10GB of freeze space, it bogs down, freezes, crashes, video playback is choppy even with 240p... It was a terrific computer when I got it back in 2006, but now...

The Nostalgia Critic Thread Lives Again!

I've got a lot of catching up to do, it's hard watching videos on my computer right now it's so ancient... curse "progress"!

    T*K*O - "Speaking Terms"

Bwahaha! I ca't blieve someone actually bumped an old T*K*O episode! I mean if you liked this, you should see the rest of the series, particularly like the third season, that was our best!

    Jim Henson on Ethics

That was all very well said. Going slightly off-topic again when the subjectof cartooning was mentioned and such, I find myself in a somewhat similar predicament; when I first started doing little cartoons and comics and such, I derived a LOT of inspiration from different animators' styles...

Where's the love for Rocky and Bullwinkle?

That's how it was with me, heh. What was interesting is when the movie came out in 2000, and there was that set of beanie babies released as merchandise, the Boris beanie had red eyes as well, and then in The Rocky and Bullwinkle Book, there's some illustrations throughout the book where Boris...

    The Chipmunks

I've been notcing a few more of those "trinket" figurines I mentioned are popping up on eBay as of late... darn them for their new payment policies... one thing I am curious about is if this trinket set ever included Brittany, because I've seen all but her... *shrug* Sometime in the 90s...

    Jim Henson on Ethics

I don't see that, as a matter of fact, I always felt that yours was one of the more unique and distinctive styles amongst our roster of puppeteers here at MC. Then again, similarities like that happen all the time in the media whtether it's intentional or not, especially in animation like...

What do You Like to See?

It's interesting in reading and hearing about what some people actually like to see when it comes down to puppetry, such as reading about how Matt Vogel actually would look for the rods and such that went into the puppets' hands, or hearing about how Sid & Marty Krofft once attempted to...

    Jim Henson on Ethics

See, that's what I often worry about with not just my work, but the work of others here as well, are we really, REALLY, doing our own thing, or ARE we basically ripping off the Muppets When people who aren't quite as hardcore into the art of puppetry as we are look at the things we do with our...

    The New Muppet Movie

If anyone bothered reading my review, which apparently they haven't since Phil or Ed or whoever moved the thread out of the Muppet Headlines board into the On the Web board where it's gone un-nticed, for me one of the thrills was actually seeing David Rudman and Matt Vogel do some Muppet work...

What would it take for you to stop watching current episodes?

"What would it take for you to stop watching current episodes?" Are you serious? I haven't been able to actually sit down and watch any current episodes since Season 38! I've barelyseen much of Season 39, Season 40, Season 41, and now Season 42, and all because all these lame new shows that PBS...

    Sesame Street Character Voice Comparisons

You have to admit, Brian did have a great range of voices... for the longest time, I thought the taxi driver in Ernie and Bert's jungle quest for Dr. Livingston was Rihcard until I found out it was Brian.

Is anybody else just sick of Ice Age?

You're not alone, I know other people who avoid most, if not all, CGI movies like the plague.
