Now that it's December, it's time to show off some of my Muppety Christmasy stuff...

Yeah, I've never seen a dub of The Chipmunks where there's any sped up recording, they all speak in human voices... what I do find odd is that they take time to dub the songs as well, because most international dubs of any show or movie, they just keep the songs in in English.

As much as I love Phil Collins, and I know "In the Air Tonight" is one of his biggest hits, it's not one of my favorites of his. :smirk:

Actually I hate to admit it, but you know what I said about how I've come to dislike "Brown-Eyed Girl"? I'm afraid the Paul McCartney/Stevie Wonder duet "Ebony and Ivory" falls into that same categoryfor me as well.

Yeah, it did become a drag in some spots of the story, especially during the ship trip, like when they stopped the story to give us the backstory of Captain Peachfuzz and such.

I liked that American Idol spoof on the Shrek 2 DVD where the Ugly Stepsister (voiced by Larry King) attempted to sing that song, THAT was hilarious, but yeah, not too crazy about theactual song, and surprisingly (at least Drtooth might think so), I didn't care for when The Chipettes covered it...
