Looks alright, but you kind of crammed to much into one forum. If you really want to generate a community, you should probably take down the boards not pretaining to the show. Else you'll have a smattering of sportatic posts without a strong core of posters.

Probably the most comprehensive FR info site on the net. I'm sure G man knows most of this stuff by heart though. :)
Can you fill in this ill-informed Bill Nye fan as to what the "Postcards from Buster" thing is?
Good to hear Nye is back. He's in several attractions at EPCOT, so whenever I'm there I try to pay him a visit. :)
:)
Despite my passion I do assure you that I am not mad. Like you said, just opinions. Muppets are one of the two things I can get fired up about (the other being video games :D).
And Foz, if I were Disney that is what I'd do. You see it as a limitation of the Muppets; I see it as a...
I would have a lot more respect for the company if they started using totally new characters when doing a new production rather than manipulating fargone characters with new performers. New performers should have new characters; they should not be reduced to the immatations that they currently...
Gave up too easily? No, I just saw where the line should've been drawn.
If you like the current productions, that is your own view. However regardless, if you see no difference in the quality of the productions made before Jim's passing and now, there is a definite problem.
The Muppets...
Um...isn't it just that Beaker talks as such and Bunsen is a crackpot-ish yet lovable professor? I don't think that he hurts Beaker on purpose, and I think Beaker meeps because thats nature...
Hmmm...I gotta talk to Danny. I have TMGTTM, but the quality is terrible. I think it might be an editted version also (from Odyssey). Perhaps a good PAL to NTSC conversion is in order...
Well, if the swamps where Kermit was playing in the beginning were the same swamps where he grew up (ugh, its been a while since I've watched TMM), then it would've began in Florida. KSY and The Muppets at WDW confirm this.
I liked it better when it was a bit more on the tech side (back when Leo and Patrick were still around). I appreciate it now being like, young and poppy, but before was more for me. I guess the demographic changed once G4 merged with TechTV.
If Disney is set on making profits on the Muppets' backs, then I would much rather that than new productions to further their already far removed measure of quality.
The Muppets are already on "lifesupport" even with the coming TV movie. People already see the Muppets as a figure of...
Am I missing something? I think this is excellent!
Rather than continuing this degradation of the Muppets, putting them in corny, outright stupid productions, Disney is opting to produce merchandise from the stuff we already know is great. Seems like a win-win situation to me.
Hmm...yeah Foz that doesn't ring a bell with me...
But, just because things are before my time doesn't mean I don't know about them, generally. I am a student of the world, mind you. ;)
