I think that's a great place to start ! also try learning from this pattern it's really cheap and you will learn a ton about sewing , working with foam and how to make a mouth plate hope that helps

sorry about that I guess these question are only for people that have seen the video . here is the playsoup video I do recommend it but just need a hand getting tru it. When I say drawing seems that just what i mean , marking the seems on the foam sculpt before cutting

After watching the playsoup video a couple times, I’m kinda lost on the high low part and where to draw seems Can someone fill me in ? should the seem just be drawn from high point to high point ? and the same with the low? Does the High just mean the upper top of the sculpt ...

reticulated foam Is really expensive! if u cover just regular polyfoam with fleece or other material It will last quite a bit longer with no sun or heat damage . So I'm not sure the reticulated foam is the way to go.... unless you making a puppet for a film shoot . About the patterns being to...
