Technically the movie is really good. When you consider the on set problems and the fact they just finished it on Wednesday it's down right amazing.

I'll second that. I also caught a sneak preview and loved it. The audience was cheering and applauding all through it. Great movie, but's definately not for the faint of heart or anyone easily offended. If you like South Park you'll love this.

Rubber latex is available at most art and craft supply stores. It's usually sold as a mold-making supply. It's not the same as foam latex, which is what is often used for special effects make up and animatronics and is harder to find.

I don't think it's coming out in theatres, just on DVD though there have been rumours of a limited theatrical run in some cities.
