I definitely admire you guys! My willpower can be good, depending on the situation. Sometimes I can really force myself to avoid temptation. Other times I'm completely weak, lol. But I have learned in recent years it's more gratifying to wait. ;)
And good luck with midterms, MN! And good sense...
Ok, test of WILLPOWER for all the RHLC-ers. Someone posted the "Scared Silly" segment from Fraggle 3 DVD!
Now on the one hand, seeing it would be awesome. Especially if anyone is not able to purchase the DVD. On the other hand, it's sort of like getting your Christmas presents early. It takes...
I had the Snoopy doll! Unfortunately, at the time I was a little frightened of him when he spoke, lol. But I loved the book and the songs on the tape that went with it. It was all about the Peanuts gang going camping.
Oh I definitely remember that one! And when they showed how peanut butter was made. And the one about catching Lobsters.
And the film about how "Alaska is the perfect place to be." It made me want to move to Alaska! Lol
Yeah I mean when people of different nationalities have children, the girl children don't just match the mother, and the boys don't just match the father.
And yes I'm thinking way too much about this lol
Well it's been discussed before, it's not that Frank doesn't like the Muppets. He always says it was a good part of his life and he remembers the people he worked with fondly. But it was a long time ago and he wants to concentrate on his future projects. Artists don't want to just be remembered...
Ah, I'm so happy, it's finally starting to be Fall. I can't wait for the Holiday season (starting October 1st). :)
Wow, I knew Sesame Street was repetitive, but these Spaceship Surprise sketches are ridiculous!

Personally, I don't see why just the boys would be frogs and just the girls would be pigs (like in MCC). I think there would be a little mixture there. :)
It's not really considered a bad word in America, at least not a curse word. When Americans use it they're often just imitating the British people they've seen, not understanding the meaning behind it. We just use it for fun, though we know it's slightly harsh.
I agree, as far as I'm concerned, they did get married. :)
All the other things said about their relationship in recent years just don't fit, in my opinion. (And yes, I know they're just fictional characters hehe).
The Storyteller once told a story of a Fraggle, mentioned he was first "hatched." But of course, that could just be an affectionate term, not necessarily literal lol.
I'd prefer to think they're mammals just because they do have fur. But perhaps they're a combination, mammal and egg hatching. ;)
Sesame Street did use a lot of loud, almost realistic sound effects (some would argue too real!). They were often very creepy and disturbing lol. But SS did have its own unique flavor. And now I enjoy them for nostalgic purposes. :)
Same here, I am definitely a "Hey Cow" supporter lol. A lot of these films are just so lovely and well crafted. But of course, not everyone has to like them. :)
However, I am also a little surprised that they tested well, considering children's short attention spans. But perhaps the creators...
That's great that you let them know the error, MN! There is a slightly typo with the word "flowers." But it's good that the page is more accurate now. :)
The Muppets were unique in that most children were familiar with who their creator was. I even knew who Frank Oz was because of the old documentary Henson's Place (I used to watch that as a kid all the time!).
I was also fascinated with all the behind the scenes stuff as a kid, it didn't...
