That sounds like a great idea. I get that there are fans that are passionately against remakes... but songs like these are staples to the series, and they've been remaking skits for years.
What I'd also like to see is more celebrities, instead of singing parodies of their own songs, doing...
They don't really need to have any of the big name villains. it would help a lot though. But quite honestly, I'd see Disney doing a live action version of The Rescuers over Rescue Rangers. Just for the sheer sake of them not liking to acknowledge things that aren't movies. I mean, even the...
Last year, some d-bag movie critic spent an entire review of Identity Theft (or whatever it was) ranting about how fat and annoying she was with the maturity and class of a schoolyard jerk. Not even a bully. I don't even give him that much credit. The lazy kid that just verbally abuses...
Considering that it was also reported that Pixar was developing a Star Wars film (a rumor that was debunked faster than anything), I have little faith in this project.
We're not really getting the huge resurgence of 1990's media we think we are. Throw out a couple T-shirts and maybe some DVD...
I'm sorry. This is so not going to happen. Disney rarely acknowledges the Disney Afternoon ever existed, and it takes the work of outside companies to get them to. BOOM was probably more instrumental in getting Darkwing Duck et al than Disney, and Disney just couldn't wait to pull that...
I accidentally flipped through something that had an anorexic woman on it. She looked like a freaking monster. I get that whole warped body image or whatever the term is... but really?! No wonder why that problem's still prevalent.
My point is that he didn't express hate for Teeball, so much as he was easily distracted and didn't take an interest in it. I dunno... I was hoping for some wacky outbursts. preferably one funny enough for me to draw.
I still LOVE that time Telly got very angry when he was a happy scientist...
Exactly why I think this and the commercial it spawned from are both amazing. Not that there's anything wrong with the Kermit and Piggy advertisements, but when was the last time we saw the Electric Mayhem featured that prominently in an advertisement of any kind? Yeah, I know it's kinda a...
I bought some nice Transformers Animated valentines at a weird store last night.
Best part is, they don't actually have Valentine sayings on them, so I can just use them as little cards to tape to stuff.
You'll really love this.
In May, it never stops raining. And usually it's because the weathercasters always jinx it by saying "gee, we sure could see some rain." Then it doesn't stop, and we get either downpours or those days where there's like 2 minutes of drizzle, but it's still dark and...
I totally get why you like winter so much. You barely get it. It can snow in October here. Though, when it does, it doesn't snow much the rest of the season. We've had ridiculously low temperature bursts since November this year. And need I talk about the April Fool's storm of 97? 2...
The real problem for the DVD's taking forever to get released was Fox. They had the DVD rights to both Dennis and Inspector Gadget, released subpar releases (Gadget at least had 10 episodes, Dennis only had about 4), and then just sat on them till the rights expired.
Taking the "When you need to rant" and twisting it into something positive (and to prevent the board from getting clogged with many little threads), here's a great place to spread good news about something.
I'll start with this:
The 1980's Dennis The Menace cartoon is finally getting a...
Temperatures and windchills below zero are quite dangerous. Add to the growing heating source shortages (propane especially) and you pretty much have a situation that puts the youngest kids in danger. You can put layers of coats on your kid, but it only goes so far.
Now, what I don't get is...
Great, but somehow, I wish they had Bobo in there too going "Oh..uh.. MORE PISTACHIOS, MORE PISTACHIOS!" and running around trying to give them to her.
Today's episode was cute, but a slight disappointment with me. I think the problem is the episode wasn't so much "Baby Bear Hates Tee Ball" as it was "Baby Bear Just Doesn't Have A Genuine Interest in Tee Ball and Would Rather Draw." I was kinda hoping for Baby Bear getting more and more...
That's why I keep saying Bean Bags. They made every obscure background character in Monsters University a small bean bag, I don't see why large 20 dollar plush are more of a profit point.
I got some Star Wars pens and Dreamworks cartoon DVD's that say different. Yeah, they still do put stuff in cereal boxes, but it's mostly just General Mills. I hate when they sneak the stuff into the bigger more expensive boxes of cereal, though.
Another Family Guy character was revealed to be killed off. A LOT more permanently than Brian.
According to This thin plot synopsis, it seems that Peter's mother will be killed off as a result of retiring the character after Phylis Diller died. Her character hasn't been on the show since...
