Totally. That basketball bit just felt odd being the inbetween sketch for Super Grover and ETM. That's usually where the celebrity bit/parody segment goes. That made the whole thing feel out of whack, and disappointing before the obvious Elmo rerun.
Actually, they didn't have Wreck-it Ralph Bean Bags. Well, they did, but not Ralph or Felix. Just the odd background Sugar Rush characters that didn't sell while everything else sold out.
Ughck... was it that really odd R&B music where they said dirty sexual things, and the music is disproportionally romantic? I hated that crap in the 90's. Of course, I wasn't exactly a huge fan of 90's music to begin with.
There is nothing more obnoxious than those who put a pedestal up for imaginary simpler times and love to find fault with the current things that are almost exactly the same. Saying that today's music is dirty without looking at how absolutely filthy things really were is just as bad as those...
Yeah. I don't get why Batman toylines are so lackluster. The only thing I think they did right with the Brave and the Bold line up were the 2 figure Buddy Packs that I wish I collected more of. They pull the non-stop Batman variants any time there's a Batman project.
Except this one.
And...
You know that if they did, they'd only show a quarter of the episodes. There's nothing wrong with a classic series block on the network, but they should do it right.
All I can say is that you really don't know what you're missing.
But to those who watch the Sherlock series, I HIGHLY recommend you do NOT watch this unless you've seen the latest episode "His Last Vow." It's EXTREMELY spoileriffic.
But for those who have and those who just don't watch and...
That was glorious.
Especially Murray's "Did you miss me?" reference (you have to have seen the latest episode of Sherlock to get that one. It was a VERY intense episode BTW). Man, I hope to see Benedict on the show proper next season. Mayhaps with :search:
It could be something to do with, aside from the budget thing already stated, the lack of a major merchandising presence. Other than a Happy Meal promotion (where the only character was Batman... not even a Pygg), one solitary older collector's action figure (not even a line of it's own. It...
Ugh... triple post.
Even though the movie hasn't even been released yet (just a couple more days), they're already working on a second Lego movie!. And it's just on the positive reviews and projected Box Office alone.
Personally, I'm extremely excited for this film. The Justice League and...
Sort of Good news...
Disney IS planning another Infinity but it only confirms that Star Wars and Marvel characters are in consideration. Any other Disney characters or Muppets would be a guess at this point.
But if they did just Star Wars and Marvel versions of the game, they've a license to...
Maybe he's just not used to working with Muppets.
Then again, Elmo and Abby barely gave him anything to work with. They really should have got a funnier character to play off of.
Looney Tunes Show is gone. They didn't even show the last episode in this country (that I know of). Teen Titans isn't going anywhere. It's cheap to produce, they get away with only 11 minutes a week. They really should have kept action Friday Nights. At least give Beware the Batman another...
That's what bugs me. I know Family Guy got its popularity from AS rebroadcasts over the constantly in danger of being cancelled original Fox network run. And I know FG episodes are uncensored (to an extent) on AS, making them better to watch there anyway. But American Dad is moving to TBS, so...
That would be impossible. The logistics of a 24/hr adult swim channel would be maddening. They'd either have to censor the heck out of everything until midnight, or run reruns of sitcoms ironically... something stupid like that. CN itself is in no danger.
Still, losing an hour, a family...
I'm mixed. On the one hand, the new CN originals need that 7-9 PM slot to really thrive. Then again, they rerun those shows every weeknight (apparently...again, no cable). But then adding an hour of Adult Swim would be amazing if it wasn't just more episodes of KOTH. Now, I like KOTH, but it...

Also the Trackson Jackson Imagination song, the Super Grover 2.0 about the Lemonade, and Athlete the Musical.
I thought I was excited for the Dennis the Menace DVD.
Well, Shout apparently has done the impossible....
They're releasing the entire Transformers Animated series. WOW! CN's tiny stake in the series was a huge roadblock on this one, especially since season 3 was never released. I just...
Well, the one line of dialogue she's kinda sarcastic, so...
Oddly enough, she looks a LOT like the poorly researched version of the character from the Archie Comics adaption of Return of the Shredder.
I saw that one during every show's commercial break. The Muppets every half hour on the hour.
And YAAAAAY, Crazy Harry's back. I almost fell back in my chair when he popped up.
