She doesn't strike you as the kind of girl that would have been like that had she been a teenager at this time? I could totally see 1980's cartoon Irma having gone through a dark nerdy chick phase.
Guess who finally showed up in Sunday's recent episode...
Yep. Teenage Irma. Oh, and Casey Jones finally becomes a vigilante in an episode homaging the classic Raphael one shot storyline.
But seriously. Irma.
I don't see Chip and Dale annoying Donald or Pluto working for a full 90 minutes. It works great in 6 minute intervals, but if they draw the gags out any longer, it would be unwatchable. Like, I love Tom and Jerry, but there's a reason why syndicated packages of the show had a Tex Avery Short...
Okay. it seems this news is actually starting to Spread, but none of them actually mention Rescue Rangers being the basis of the film. The Hollywood Reporter's article kinda confuses things with a screenshot and mentioning the series.
So it could just be a movie about Chip and Dale. If it...
In my experience, those Muppet Funko Pops flew off the shelves. Especially the more obscure characters. Then again, my collection of them is pretty small, and they just keep releasing great characters that I would love to buy but can't.
There is some merchandise on the horizon, and the...
I, for one, feel that TM had too many Muppets and focusing on certain ones was a task in and of itself. VMX was made at a time when they were just recasting some characters, and they weren't even close to permanent recasts.
They did eventually, but they did. It's strange, though. All the new characters (sans Pepe and Bobo) have been phased out by the old characters. How weird is that? :halo:
I think that johnny could work as his own character without Sal if that was the case. it wouldn't be as funny, though...
I'd absolutely hate to see some woman who's the exact body type of Wonder Woman. Same reason I'd hate to see a real life Chun-Li. Those horrifyingly unrealistic veiny, overly muscular legs. There's a fine line difference between what's drawn and what's realistic, even if the art is supposedly...
That's an old convention of musicals/productions that somehow have a musical number in it. It's never explained, it lacks realistic subtext, and generally makes no sense. Especially when the plotline calls for someone putting on a show. They do rarely show rehearsals after all... but they...
On that subject. I can take the fact comic book geek fans are pulling their hair out because Ben Affleck is going to be Batman and they pretty much hated the last Superman movie anyway for idiotic reasons... but this is something that will give you the headdesk of a lifetime. So, if you have a...
You know, as much as I love the main commercial, the supplemental material is even better!
And the fact it stars the big fan favorites. Rowlf? Scooter? Floyd? Are you kidding? Yeah, I'd be happy with just Kermit or Piggy... but they really pulled out all the stops with this promotion...
It showed them arriving at their venue in Germany, and it had a sign that said "Die Muppets" (The Muppets), Rowlf looks at it perplexed, and Statler and Waldorf comment on it.
It's bad enough that we lose the lives of those who are so miserable that drug use is their only escape, but it's horrible when it's the life of an accomplished, talented actor is taken. Especially since Hoffman did give the stuff up for decades until recently. That's the real tragedy right there.
Love how amorous Kermit is to Piggy recently. So refreshing to hear him speak well of her instead of the same skittish routine we've seen too many times already.
But LOVING the clip they showed. I love how they lampshaded the "DIE Muppet Show" German title.
I still have to actually see it, but It's a real shame Wreck-Gar only made 2 appearances on Transformers Animated before the show ended. But Hasbro or Funko or whatever would do right in making a Cheese Sandwich figure of some kind (I can see it being con-exclusive anyway, though). Especially...
I always have the same problem. Whenever I switch the game on to watch commercials, I get the privilege of seeing the freaking local commercials. You know, the same ones that you can see any time during any show that aren't impressive at all?
Just as well... these spots always use the same...
To be fair, it took them forever to recast Scooter, and he went through several performers before he had a permanent recast.
Though I really think Tyler Bunch could pull off Sal. He usually performs bombastic characters, and something tells me he could get close to Brian's voice for that one.
