Yeah, I agree with that. I also want to note that things don't follow exact continuity on this show, especially nowadays, so that fact D'Snowth brought up about Nina having few scenes with Big Bird doesn't matter much, as it implies she's been around enough, we just haven't seen it.
No. This is a web-based thing only.
Seems neat. I take as its completely own thing, despite the Sesame connection in the name. Same like Square One or 3-2-1 Contact: same company as Sesame, but not related at all.
There's a new Smart Cookies next week.
I feel like this show was generous, as we got not only a segment for both the letter and number of the day, but TWO letter segments!
It was missing about 30 seconds, but yeah. I was surprised to see it shown so long.
I did really like the street story; the sets, the puppets, it all looked very nice.
Cookie and Rosita's brief part was shot together. They apparently had to use a red screen (instead of blue or green) to account for both their colors.
And I would say shooting them separately makes certain things easier to edit.
I'm gonna said what I said over at the TP Forum: I don't get why this needs to be a Street Gang thing. I can't think of an angle the documentary would take that involves the book. It can be a documentary about the history of SS, that's fine, but where/how does the book come into? How will that...
I think it's meant as in it's not a modern, hip-hop arrangement. Even though that kind of indie folk is technically "modern" and "popular," it doesn't have the rap/hip-hop sound of the last several seasons which some people didn't care for.
