Bear arrives on Disney+ The beloved series has been off the air for the past 15 years. Now all four seasons are finally available for a whole new generation.
Pixels will hopefully contain a lot less crude, mean-spirited, lowest common denominator humor compared to previous Happy Madison films. This is the sort of film where it has no business of being in.
And it seems like Mordie will be taking a break from dating for a while. He could use it.
I wondered that, too. The episode was probably improperly rendered, similar to the incident from "Power Tower" with the colors being all saturated and Muscle Man's eyes being so red that he looks stoned...
Ted Turner's company (which has been owned by Time Warner since 1996) owns the rights to MGM's pre-1986 library, which includes T&J. They also own all of Hanna-Barbera's library.
But Turner at least did stuff with it, unlike with Filmation's library being bought up by L'Oreal (yes, that...
I liked last night's lighthearted episode in which Mordecai and Rigby order a massive sub during a lunch break at Benson's expense, and the two have to finish the whole thing by the end of their break or else he'd fire them. The two stories they told involving past eating challenges they failed...
I'm glad (big-name) animated films are performing a lot better this year. Home made more in the domestic market than most of Dreamworks' output since Rise of the Guardians, while Inside Out had the biggest opening gross since Toy Story 3, and the 2nd SpongeBob movie proved that a movie based on...
The last time there's been a new Johnny Quest series was back in the '90s, which was critically mixed at the time. Don't know how well this crossover will turn out.
Nice to see the Brothers Chaps working on a show outside of H*R. It has much of the same vibe to it, too. I can totally imagine Homestar or Homsar singing that "Dooblie Doo" song. :)
I'd say if the Muppet Moments preschool series can co-exist with the upcoming Muppets series on ABC, then maybe Roadster Racers can co-exist with the Disney Channel's Mickey shorts.
Also, this thread needs to be re-titled.
Mickey's going to be getting a new preschool series in 2017 called Mickey and the Roadster Racers, which I'm worried about. Hopefully it won't be a Dora clone like the last series, and that it won't succeed the shorts aimed at older kids. And at least the animation looks better with Mickey's...
I've actually watched that show a few times a couple years ago out of boredom. The only good thing about it is Dumpster the cat. He's a grouchy arm-rod cat puppet with far more life and personality than any of those lobotomized mutts, especially when he talks to kids in those interstitial...
The episode with Ronaldo complaining about how the Crystal Gems are causing all these disasters to happen was fun, especially with all the Windows Movie Maker effects on his videos. And I liked his paradoxical realization about how Beach City would no longer be weird without them.
New RS...
Nice to see Jurassic World dominate the theaters for the 2nd week, though Inside Out pulled in a respectable amount in its own right. The 2nd biggest amount behind Toy Story 3, as a matter of fact. :)

Kudos to Jurassic World for being on top of the food chain at the box office. It even surpassed Age of Ultron in its opening take with over $200 mil!
