There's also the fact that Plankton leaves Krabs alone after getting frightened by Pearl. If he had continued to antagonize him rather than shutter himself up in fear, Krabs' constant psychological torture would have been funny, but it wasn't for that reason.
Also gotta love the episode about Pizza Steve's dad Nacho Cheese coming to visit. And it was a nice twist that everyone else found him just as obnoxious as he did.
And I enjoyed the Def Comedy Jam parody commercial of Mr. Gus and his standup routine at the end of "Back to the Library" .
Of the live-action Chipmunks movies, Road Chip had the lowest opening thanks to Star Wars.

To that I say this:
So, who else isn't surprised that Vladimir Putin is a supporter of Donald Trump? After all, he hates immigrants about as much as ol' Shredded Wheat head.
And aside from TS2, Pixar itself is the studio that calls the shots on sequels, rather than Disney forcing it upon them. I can at least respect that more.
I use a little add-on for Firefox called YouTube Enhancer Plus that allows me to remove a pre-roll ad with just a click of a pop-up box. Works for me quite well. :)
In the obligatory Christmas episode, it's revealed that Daphne's birthday falls on the holiday, and she constantly drops not-so-obvious hints about remembering to celebrate it as the rest of the gang tries to solve the mystery of the day. And in the end, they all sing "Happy Birthday Daphne"...
I'm liking how Danger Mouse in the reboot now has a rival/love interest in Jeopardy Mouse, who is also American. He seems to get all clumsy around her the same way he does around Squawkencluck, too.
And what story it did have was very convoluted even for adults to follow. And it was barely focused on Thomas himself.
Though Diesel 10 was a pretty entertaining villain in his own right with how he nicknamed his claw "Pinchy". Would have liked to hear him with his original Russian accent, though.
After hearing news about that Barney reboot, there's been news of a new Thomas the Tank Engine film that was planned back to be released back in late 2010 at the very least. Considering that Magic Railroad performed so-so at best and was critically panned, I doubt people are going to warm up to...
The 2nd prelude episode "The Rise of Makuu" has debuted, and it seems like Bunga the honey badger is being utilized well as a character. He seems to be more of a bad@@@ considering how he beat up a cobra to rescue a hyrax the Lion Guard just saved, and his horrible BO is used as an important...
After watching the Nostalgia Critic review of Christmas with the Kranks, I wonder if the John Grisham novel its based on, Skipping Christmas, is any better? Was there anything lost in translation on its way to the big screen?
Burger King is what you're thinking about. They merged with Tim Hortons to form Restaurant Brands International, which has its HQ in Canada but BK itself still resides in Florida.

Barney is being rebooted in 2017 (close to the franchise's 30th anniversary), and might be all-animated considering 9 Story (Arthur, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood) is behind it.
All I can say is... eh. Adults who loved the purple fart as a kid wouldn't give it the time of day either way, and if...
Recently there's been a ton of mergers this decade not seen since the 1990s, both completed and in progress: Kraft merging with Heinz (hasn't the former been bought out and reorganized enough already?), Anheuser Busch with Miller (both of which have already merged with other brewing companies...
Certainly this series is a much better Sunday draw than AFV, which continues to lose relevance with each passing year thanks to a little thing called "Yoo Toob".
