Of course we should, but they need to have a strong story behind them no matter what the medium. Looking back, The Princess and the Frog didn't have much of an identity of its own, being a standard princess tale with standard wisecracking animal sidekicks. The message of how cooking brings...
"Lost Playground" was absolutely brilliant, and was an episode that needed to be made. It illustrates the hidden dangers of those boring babyfied playgrounds, overbearing lawsuit-happy parents, and school admins that bend over backwards to them and hurt kids even more in the long run. It even...
Cancer claims the life of yet another celebrity, this time the guitarist/pianist/lead singer of The Eagles at the ripe old age of 67. :(

If they were to make a new Fionna and Cake episode, it should have Flame Prince in it. And if they were to get Dante Basco to voice him, it would be even better! :excited:
I got to thinking recently about Bill Cosby and his alleged sexual assault controversies, and it made me wonder: is it still right to enjoy his past work and laugh at his jokes given all this? And does some of the stuff in his infamous "Pound Cake Speech" from 2004 suddenly become irrelevant...
I like how this Fugitoid is able to hold his own in a fight, as both this episode and the one preceding it has shown us.
I know how you feel. It's a lot like how Transformers re-uses old names for new unrelated characters.
The same month that was kind to The Nut Job was not so easy on Norm of the North, which opened up at #6 this weekend. Let's hope a certain other ursine-based movie coming out later doesn't suffer the same fate.

I also liked how the glue tank randomly came to life at the end of Banana's story. Reminded me of The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat where that would happen constantly.
It's official: Thomas Jefferson is a recurring antagonist toward Goat. And I was floored by the reference to the "Whig Party", another one of those little things that goes over the heads many adults as well as kids.
And I'm thankful that Mr. Gus wasn't the only one to be victimized by jorts. :D
The creators of SWAT Kats are also working on a reboot that was a Kickstarter success.

It's just one of those things like "dialing" phone numbers even when rotary dials have been out of fashion since the '80s. Sounds weird when you use it, but "entering" a number sounds even weirder.
And I think they still do make blank tapes, but for specialty purposes like security cameras.
I just got to watching the new Popples series, and I genuinely like it so far. The few episodes of the original that I saw were pretty formulaic, cloying, and overall meh (I admit to having no nostalgic attachment to it unlike others here). This new one seems to have sharper writing and clearer...
If they did make a new series, I'd like to see Baby Janice get an increased role, or maybe even become a main character. Her older age and "too cool for school" attitude made her stand out among the others in the sole episode she was in. Chip would also be a nice new addition, perhaps taking...
There was an episode of King of the Hill where Rickman was the voice of a tyrannical owner of a Renaissance faire where he was literally the king. That terrible Texan accent he attempted (the character's real voice) was the one thing I best remember from him.
"Aww, crap! Ahm gonna lose...
More and more we're seeing all this old, long-considered-lost material spring up, even stuff that didn't air on the show proper. The days of solely having to rely on rapidly-deteriorating tapes are a thing of the past.
I'm still hoping for the unaired version of "Imgination" to pop up someday...
