I think the only time colorization was put to good use was when it was used comedically in Reefer Madness where everything was given psychedelic colors, including the pot smoke that changed colors depending on the smokers' moods. :D
This was a great episode starring Scooter and Gonzo. Gonzo's plot about getting back to his daredevil self really felt like a subtle nod to TMS, and Scooter hanging out with the Electric Mayhem was really good, mama's boy jokes notwithstanding.
Also gotta love the running gags involving the...
According to Cracked, Mad Max may not be getting a sequel because it wasn't released in China and didn't incessantly pander to its government in order to make the real money.
I doubt GB3 will get released there, either, as anything involving the supernatural is taboo now.
I don't like how certain TV shows have gone that route of splitting a supposedly complete final season in two, namely AMC's shows. It's just a frustrating cash-grab.
Maybe because it didn't "give them feels" like their past stuff.
Mockingjay remains the top movie from Thanksgiving weekend, followed by The Good Dinosaur and Creed.

Let's hope TGD can make some more over December before Star Wars comes out!
The movie will be set for November 3, 2017, just before the rebooted Grinch movie and Pixar's Coco, and in the same spot that Dreamworks was planning its Croods sequel before it got pushed back to December. No dump months for this, thank Celestia.
Hopefully, there will be a large enough...
I know what you mean. I've really gotten peeved of this whole tired belief that every single American is the size of Jupiter and obesity rates will uncontrollably skyrocket to Wall-E levels in the future, when in reality, obesity rates have been pretty steady the past couple of years and have...
After seeing the 1st episode, it's safe to say that Nature Cat is definitely in the good 50% of nature shows. The titular cat is an excitable housecat who secretly itches for backyard exploration, but lacks the instincts for it. I enjoy the sly humor this show contains, and how the rabbit and...
Just saw some teasers from The Secret Life of Pets during the Purina Dog Show, and it looks all right. There is an actual plot to follow apart from the "what pets do while the owners are away" shtick, but they don't tell you that here. It involves a dog and his newly adopted mongrel housemate...
Also, during the picture day flashback where Mabel gets gum in her hair and Dipper shaves both his head and hers so they both look ridiculous together, so many of us expected Dipper to give Mabel his beanie to wear instead, but I think that was intentional to bait and switch us and deliver that...
So it turns out that Mabel is stuck in a brightly-colored fantasy world where she could live in eternity in happiness and perfection, and even the others can get in on the fun, including Dipper.
Gotta love all those Mabel-related references to past episodes, too, including the dolphin from her...
Yeah, you're right about the catch phrase part.
And I did forget to mention that Bunga is actually the adopted nephew of Timon. And I would like to see instances of his lack of fear addressed as a plot point in a future episode, like maybe have it get himself or others in trouble. That's what...
I've gotta say, this whole Lion King meets The Avengers business has been real solid, especially considering its for preschoolers. The animation is especially beautiful, and very close in quality to the movies (surprised it isn't CG like so many other shows of its kind, but it's welcoming...
Now here's an interesting read: it's a post from our good friend the Rowdy Reviewer on how the Jem movie could have worked in this day and age without watering down the source material or making it a period piece.
