    Save the Fozzie Replica

I didn't know Disney was unhappy. It does make sense. They likely want to free up ties for the Muppet push this year.

New U.S. Law About Children's Toys

Thanks for your replies. This has been on my mind too due to a pet project that's been on the back burner for a while. I suppose a warning would be issued for any perceived wrongdoing and if it ceased there would be no further action. However, this legislation was very sloppy. It will likely...

New U.S. Law About Children's Toys

Thanks for the info. So if I created a very small company, came out with my own version of a Munny in limited edition runs, labeled it as for ages 13 and older and not suitable for under that age then I should be okay unless some busybody decides to take action. Then who knows? I think the law...

New U.S. Law About Children's Toys

This does affect the urban vinyl market and convention pieces does it not? If I created a Kid Robot Munny type of item in limited editions in the 100s and stuck a sticker saying "Ages 12+, This is not a toy" it would pass without needing inspection?

What was the last DVD you bought and why?

Oooh. I did order the Dead Like Me set that includes a new third installment movie. It will come out next month, but it's ordered and waiting to come to me. :flirt: Anyone that doesn't know the show - A slacker girl dies by getting hit in the head by a toilet seat that fell from an airplane...

Original Muppet Whatnot Workshop now off-line

It will be worth it once it comes. Still, I understand the UPS stress. :o

New U.S. Law About Children's Toys

Has anything been done about this yet? I imagine most small businesses that create limited product runs will just decide to break the law until otherwise notified. They then could sell off excess "illegal" stock on Ebay under a screen name in order to break even if things go south. This is...

What was the last DVD you bought and why?

I like that they put everything on the table. Even if they draw a conclusion that I disagree with at times, there's still no denying the funky evidence they expose along the way that needs to be acknowledged. That show does some good work. :halo:

What was the last Henson thing you bought?

I guess Street Gang was the last thing Henson-related. It's a nice work companion.

    Dr. Teeth Illustration

Oooh. So you treat the hair on more of an individual strand basis rather than just a form. I might keep asking you questions. He, he. What resolution are you working at and just how big is that Teeth? Also, what seems to be the most challenging portion or character thus far? I appreciate...

Your Feedback: Muppet Central Radio on Live365

Why thank you for noticing. Guess I've earned my MC graphic staff status for the month. :o We're hoping to do Fraggles and Bear too. :coy:

    Save the Fozzie Replica

Didn't you state that this figure was a result of your campaigning information to get him made in Australia at any price? It's clear that you want him and can afford that, but I doubt that MR will create a handful of Fozzies for so very few people. I'd rather wait and see than feed this 3K...

CG Tom & Jerry, Yogi Bear & Jetsons?

I think flying cars will still stand the test of time. Those weird birdhouse/space station-like hi-rises will as well. They should all stand the test of time better than Will Farrell's tight pants at least.

    Save the Fozzie Replica

I don't see money being no object equating a blank check for any crazy high price. I don't believe the Muppets (neither in their performances nor their products) are about exclusivity and therefore I find such a high price point really against the Muppet brand in general. Not to mention that the...

Sam Eagle and Nigel Comic Spain figures FOUND!

Do we know this was an actual figure that was produced or just a composite photograph?

    What is this?

Awwww. And Smooch is so very cute and resembles a certain other Muppet alien. These looked like classic background Muppets. Was the series unsuccessful?

CG Tom & Jerry, Yogi Bear & Jetsons?

Yogi who? Oh, yeah. The bear in the movie. :o;)

For Sale: Statler and Waldorf Bookends

Wow. I really love those Sigma bookends, but doubt you'd get more than $300 for the set.

CG Tom & Jerry, Yogi Bear & Jetsons?

I must be in the minority in not particularly appreciating the work of Bob Sagat. I don't really mind him, but I'd rather see Colbert, Stewart or Carell in the ranger role. If anyone can make a live action Jetsons film it's Robert Rodriguez. He's proven his appeal to young audiences with the...

    Miss Piggy Glove Display Design

I would personally still keep it frames but would find some sort of nice print of Miss Piggy in purple gloves to place above it. There are usually some beautiful classic 1980s Miss Piggy calendars on Ebay. That could provide you with a beautiful print to matte and frame with the glove.
