I'm willing to believe that. There are many actors that I always dismissed as hopeless until I saw them in a movie that was actually well executed, then I was shocked to see they did know how to act! Lol
(First just a disclaimer: I mean this in a polite, constructive criticism way, lol.) Liberals sometimes don't know how to separate a person from their spoken beliefs. They don't understand that (for example) just because a guy says he's against gay rights doesn't mean he would be cruel to every...
It's nothing new. Republicans have threatened PBS for years but never follow through. It's just pandering to the base. But they're very wrong to do this because it wastes time that should be spend on ideas to fix the economy.
To be fair and equal, I am still annoyed at how Obama handled the...

That's great that you were able to help people out. That's the one good thing about disasters like this; we have the opportunity to reach out in ways we usually can't.
Lol, I totally get you. That was who usually won Student of the Month, the kids who never said or did anything meaningful and somehow that equaled being "kind." There was little thought put into it usually.
Yeah I mean no offense to the artists but that was my first thought too, hehe.
On the other hand, when you have a wild, free spirited group like the Fraggles anything pretty much goes.
Yeah exactly, I had a teacher in Middle School who actually voted me in as Student of the Month (the category was "Kindest," hehe) because she knew the cliques in my class were never going to vote for the outcasts so to speak. ;)
Ah OK, thank you that does probably explain it. I've read British books about the media and they do use different terms. I was just caught up in being annoyed with the things the book did get wrong, heh.
