As well you should. :shifty: ;)

What is your least favorite Muppet Movie?

I can't blame you there. I started muttering "not funny, not funny!" in the theater, lol. That didn't bother me. You don't have to win the money to have a happy ending. At least that's not what I want kids to learn, lol. I'll be honest, I probably won't be watching The Muppets too much...

Pre-Order Sesame Street Old School Volume 3 (1979-1984) coming to DVD 11/6

To share a slightly related anecdote, when I was at Comic Con one of the vendors asked me if I was interested in "old or new comics." I said "old, definitely." But when I suggested Transformers or G.I. Joe he said, "Oh, those are new." I was shocked, remember we're talking roughly 1983-1990...

Pre-Order Sesame Street Old School Volume 3 (1979-1984) coming to DVD 11/6

I think technically at least the early '90s could be called Old School at this point. Which is kinda scary, lol. Personally I didn't grow up with that era of Sesame Street and I have a few problems with it. But at the same time I'm sure people older than me had problems with my generation's...

    Interesting Fraggle Lyrics

On the other hand, to do so would be true to the series. ;)

    Interesting Fraggle Lyrics

I think the fact that the lyricist for Fraggle Rock was also a poet really helped make the songs uniquely surreal and intriguing. :)

You'll have to excuse them, the script was written on a napkin 5 minutes before taping, lol.

    Who's voicing Ernie here?

In some cases people who liked him were told they must not want the Muppets to be good, lol. (Not you Oscarfan, just in general, hehe).

Perhaps. Not this person, lol. But I'm bias, I really think the book and original cartoon are masterpieces and deserved better.

"A Special Sesame Street Christmas" coming to DVD and CD November 6

I agree about the padding out. Jim Carrey does do some fun things as the Grinch but they're almost always undercut by some stupid joke that was likely there to stretch things out. But mainly I just hate that the creators completely missed (heck, ignored!) the point of the original story. That...

"A Special Sesame Street Christmas" coming to DVD and CD November 6

I always said the two were very similar, lol. I know I'm in the minority here but I've only seen It's a Wonderful Life once and didn't particularly want to see it again, lol. I love Miracle on 34th Street though! :) I don't own the Grinch cartoon because I know I'd watch it all the time...

Eh, given the choice I'll still buy the lousy '70s Christmas special, lol.
