The thing is in the original X-men films Wolverine's humor mainly came from what a contrast he was from all the goody goody characters. He needed them to bounce off of.
It's a common mistake in Hollywood to think audiences only loved one character when really what audiences loved was how all...
I get you, I just don't think my $15 matters too much to him, hehe. ;) I would see it for Helen Mirren and Mary Louise Parker, they added a lot to the film. :)
I'm surprised Red 2 didn't do better, I just saw it today and it was very funny, the audience seemed to enjoy it. John Malkovich pretty much stole the movie, lol.
I'm definitely an introvert. I used to spend a lot of time trying to change myself, but as I got older I realized that was the wrong way to go about it. Once I gave myself a break and accepted myself as I am, it was much easier to open up to people. :)
Plus our society is pretty ridiculous...
Wow, thank you! I've never seen the whole thing! My entire childhood it was only the turtle and owl.
I still see the commercial on the Hub sometimes, but only the owl part and they have a completely new voice over for the narrator at the end for some reason.
I think it's more that we know it's CGI and therefore there's no real mystery anymore. In the days of practical effects you could wonder things like "how did the Muppets ride bicycles?" But nowadays, audiences know "Oh it's CGI" and that's the end of the mystery. And it's quickly become old hat...
Well I saw the G.I Joe live action movies for the first time yesterday. How were they? Well...If they'd focused only on Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes they would have been perfect movies, lol. Just lose everyone else and keep those two! :flirt:
I remember when I first noticed Folgers airing only part of their slogan ("The best part of waking up...") because they were confident the audience would automatically finish it in their heads, lol.
My first day of High School I sat down in math class, turned to the person next to me, we both kinda smiled at the same time and just said hi. We ended up good friends for four years. Sometimes it's just that simple. Just smile and act approachable. :)
Actually I think the shortest girl...
Every decade has its share of turkeys. That doesn't make someone wrong when they say the '80s cartoons were better in some ways than today's cartoons overall.
Ah, well like Dr. Tooth said, the show actually did jump the shark long before the baby anyway. I was a huge fan of Rugrats but never bothered seeing the movie at the time.
For me it's kinda the opposite, lol. Criticism comes easy to me precisely because I care about the things I think are being threatened. For instance, I can complain for hours that a movie is all style and no substance because I am thinking about the better movies that go unappreciated.
